I reject pre-trib rapture theory as false, but IF it were true: What would cause half of the spirit filled believers in Jesus Christ to be left behind?

7 days of waving palm branches in leviticus at the fall feasts instructions to moses.
7 yr trib points to the innumerable number being in heaven 7 yrs.
IOW 7 days can point to 7 yrs.

Paul classified believers as carnal vs mature.
Babes in christ vs mature.

The virgin parable classified the believers as wise vs foolish.

In Matt 24 we see one believer taken, and one left behind.

That 50% dynamic is used by Jesus in mat 24 and mat 25....almost in the same breath,.... we see the "half taken" in 2 vivid descriptions.

The pretrib rapture was taught by Jesus.

All rapture verses have a pretrib setting.
The wedding feast is in heaven.
The 7 yr trib is called Jacob's trouble...or Israel's trouble.

Jesus himself gave us 2 pretrib escape verses.

Jesus gave us lot and Noah examples as pretrib gathering.

In the virgin parable the difference was wise vs foolish.
Also the wise virgins had extra oil.
The only difference in the foolish vs the wise virgins was the EXTRA OIL.

Those believers left behind do not see the need to go deeper and get on fire for Jesus.

Those left behinders have " other interests"
The extra oil is not in their hearts or minds.

IOW THEY got all the Jesus they need.
No need in their minds to soak in His presence and spend time with him.
To commune deeply with him.

Most every church has members radical and obsessed with Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
The others are just "there"
Christians in name only.
No burning heart. No hunger.
They are the carnal believers that Paul talked about. And they do get left behind because they are not the bride

I am Never moved by it.
I am going to continue to enjoy the ride and pray what Jesus said...commanded.
" Pray that you may be counted worthy to escape the things that are about to come upon the earth and stand before the Son of God".

Only pretribbers pray that.

I love that phrase "enjoy the ride"

God saved Noah and his family because they believed and followed Him. Same as today. God saves ALL those who believe and follows His Son Jesus Christ. Where does Matt 24 specifically state true Christians are among those left?

Matt 24:38 For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.

Yes and this is why I believe the falling away has already happened because you have many Christians by title only not by heart and you have many who are knowledgable of the scriptures but so were the pharisee's but few are knowledgable about the spirit.

And that fire that once burned in them has since fizzled out and been replaced with something else.

Jesus, used Noah and lot as examples of those that are gathered before the tribulation. The reason we know it's before the tribulation, is because in the setting, Jesus made it very clear that the setting was normal life, and everyday life, and planning for the future, Commerce, just life as usual.
In the post tribulations, setting all of that is exactly opposite. We're told there's no buying or selling by Christians.
In fact, Christians are murdered in the tribulation.
It even says the AC is given power over them.
It says they overcame the Antichrist by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death, which is telling you right there that Christians are beheaded during the tribulation....FOR THEIR TESTIMONY.
So all of that needs to be factored in.
It say those left behind are half of a group.
So in no way can it possibly be wicked vs believers.
That would mean half the world is saved.
That is impossible.
So we need not pursue the impossible.

IOW...ONLY THE CHURCH fits.
Nothing else does.
Half the church taken, half left.
Exactly like the virgin parable!!!!!

No.
Unbelievers are not part of Jesus church.

You are stretching something to prove something.

I can stand in a group of LA Raiders for a picture or sneak into the locker room or a meeting.
Does not in any way classify me as part of the team.
No matter if 50 people point to the team with me in it and say " that group over there is the team"
