White privilege doesn't necessarily mean you're automatically successful just because you're whiteOK. Understand now. Well, that's a part of the misconceptions people here are expressing they actually believe.
I know better. As it is, rich people have plenty of problems too and you cannot take it with you.And lest the rumor start I am a millionaire, I am not. A millionaire. LOL!
Sometimes, choices people make have a direct connection to whatever it is they are complaining about.

White privilege is not having empathy for people who feel like these monuments are offencive because they are monuments to me and who enslaved their ancestors
WhiteWhite privilege is getting lesser sentences for similar crimes as your color counterparts
ok in education.....whites were priveliged over blacks back in the day when schools started it was segregated and no black person could go with white people....when it was desegragated they still had to sit aprt whites always go the best and first dibs and the black schools were underfunded.
in some schools parents dont even want black or dark skinned teachers teaching their white children.
in schools if you were black often you were told by white teachers you had to sit at the back. before you even opened you mouth.
in housing.....if you were not white you were automatically turned away so you coulndt even rent with racist policies and attitudes.
jobs...if your name is foreign sounding you dont even get a reply or lookin.
in healthcare....some people do not want anyone with black skin even touching them.

And you're saying policy hasn't been in effect since the 60's to give advantage to minorities .. You're wrong again ..

It seems those who believe in what they call white privilege also think they are privileged to thoughts of all white people and generalize until people are going to react in a way that no one may like. I would not be one who does that, but I have had some thoughts changed by the way people are acting and the way they seem to think it is ok to act when everyone is hurt by what they do.
Some of my ancestors were badly treated and beaten and abused. But that does not mean I hate everyone from the UK.
well the paler you are the more you stand out but you might need to wear MORE makeup if you are a woman. Its kinda freaky to be the ONLY person who is xxx in any given situation. But I am used to it. People have all these prejuidcies about you based on apperances. women get this all the time amongst men talking past them. Never get a say ......centuries of this.

And the comment you quoted was "in general for everyone" because it seemed as if some of us were speaking of the Buffalo incident and others were disagreeing because they assumed we were speaking of Mr. Floyd.

Really? Can you point out some in this thread? Or perhaps are you doing that yourself by lumping all white people together?
I do not get the impression you actually want to have discussion here but would rather just complain about just about everything and I'm sorry that you are doing that. I think it best to just let you be.
