No I don't define Israel as all those who believe, the bible defines Israel as all those who believe.
Read the verses below and explain to me how someone who doesn't obey God's voice and keep his covenant are God's peculiar treasure, a kingdom of priests and an holy nation.
Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
Exo 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

What is this saying?
To me, it is saying that God is giving them, the nation of Israel, a conditional covenant.
If they obey the conditions of that covenant, they will be a holy nation.
That's all it is saying, literally.

When they die, they will not be placed in Paradise, like what Jesus explained in Luke 16:19-31

But the nation of Israel remains a nation, and the Body of Christ is always separate from that nation.
Currently, she is not a holy nation, she has fallen (Romans 11:11), but a nation she remains.
Yes I agree Israel was a nation but they weren’t the peculiar people and Holy nation that God chose.
