Ehehehe...the rep. power can only go up if people rate it on your post. It's on the right side of the bar on top of a post (silver bar), I think. (Ahaha, erm, might this post be a little misplaced?)

..........does anyone else get annoyed with the 10+ character requirment?
 
Oh...heheheh. Not really.
And it's requirement that when you post stuff, has to be at least 10 characters long.
