I completed them. I would add more details but don't want to interfere with the validity. I do wish Christians would get on the same page more with this though... if that's even possible.

I didn't know that google forms where hacker friendly. I used this tool because in Belarus I do not have access to many religious communities. We have many Orthodox Christians (Russian Orthodox Church) and Catholics, but it's hard to find Baptists for example. So I thought that this forum would help me with answers to my google form.

If I were you I'd just create a poll here in the forum and ask your questions. This would also give people a chance to explain their answers. I never fill out online questionnaires unless I'm 100% certain it's legit. There's nothing on your form about who you are, who you represent, what is the purpose of the questionnaire or what you intend to do with it.

Mod had to approve the post in order for it to be posted.
But mods need to alerted of problem posts using the report button. They, otherwise have no way of knowing unless they accidentally stumble across it.
Chances are no mod will even look at most threads, so talking to them in a thread is pointless.
