when I listened to this I heard it as "reduce population" of cars requiring fuel because it sounded as though it was linked to the electric cars she said just mentioned beforehand, but who knows. I know this group think we are over populated as is and want to reduce it to a much smaller amount for their 2030 agenda.

Ya know what. I listened to the OP's clip and I heard Harris say reduced population. I didn't hear her say anything about killing or exterminating people. A rational person's mind doesn't jump immediately to paranoid conclusions. These have to be indoctrinated into a person.
