Hi umm i was wondering if people could post some recipes on here for lent. its becuase next year i am giving up dairy and meat for lent (the traditional way) but i cant figure out what i can eat other than humous and bread. please help thank you.

is lent that catholic thing where you fast for some amount of days?

I know catholic do it but.....
i do not, nor my family....except my grandmother she is catholic......I think you can do it if you want, just do not shout out your alms before men.
