Reasons I Hate Pornography

I hate pornography for five reasons.

The first reason is because it ruins sex for married people. When someone watches porn before they're married, they're going to automatically assume and anticipate that the experience, the expectation, is going to be like what they see in the videos. And they're going to think that the women or the men is going to look like what they see. When they're not what they see in those ungodly, demonic videos, then they're going to get let down. And so it produces a false expectation of what sex is going to be like in reality. Because let's face it, in the everyday life, what they see is not really going to happen to a lot of people.

Secondly, it gives insecurity for people. They compare their bodies to what they see in those videos, and they see that they don't have the same figures. So it gives them a lack of insecurity, thinking that, well, my wife or my husband won't appreciate my body, because it doesn't look like what I seen in those videos and vice versa, so both spouses will have insecurity about each other's bodies. So it goes back to number one, it ruins sex.

Number three..the third reason is it puts things in their mind that they want to have done to them. Or, they're going to think that their spouse would do that. And when they don't do that, or they tell a spouse how they want them to do something, then when their spouses don't do that, or their spouse gets bothered, shocked or surprised by it, it's going to cause problems and issues for both. One thinks it's going to be like that, the other one doesn't want to do that. So it goes back to number one, it ruins sex for the married couple.

Number four, it ruins marriages, it ruins relationships.

Number five, the reason why I hate porn is because it's addicting, it rapes the mind, it rapes the brain. It puts a false sense, I'm summarizing it now, in what sex is supposed to be. It puts a false image and a false insecurity of how we ought to be, of what we look like. And it's sick, it's twisted, it's demonic, it's evil, it's ungodly. And it does nothing for the person except bring them a sinful unfulfiment of desires due to watching the sinful act, as porn is sin. Those are my reasons why I hate pornography.

U r so right . Also , visual images can b very powerful and they can literally torture us . I have a TV but hardly watch it any more , just a few carefully selected programmes , it's the adverts that u need to b careful off now . When I know they r coming I mute the sound and turn away , so many images of death and misery , especially from the charity adverts trying to guilt us into giving , also close ups of people's body parts ! Even clothed can b disgusting . Images of tortured and sick animals , so very distressing and once u have seen something it's so very very hard to blot it out . I think there must b a million images stored in my memory of things I so desperately wish I had never seen .

I hate it because it makes people get off on other people's bodies and ungodly acts. It creates a platform where even married couples are stimulated on other people's bodies (cheating) and then reenact these acts ONLY FOR PLEASURE and not a soulful connection, the beauty if it. I hate it because it's everywhere and so easily accessible that it destroy our youth early, takes away their innocence and childlike mindset, then turn it into a messed up mindset. It creates a false expectations and it models a false example of what sex "when married " is supposed to be.

It ruins relationships and creates a lustful mindset in couples, marriages and everyone else. This is one of the many platforms ppl cheat without knowing that they are cheating as its being normalized as "getting to know anatomy and how our sexual body parts work". I hate it because my innocence was stripped away from me when i was still a child. I was watching the late horror movies on TV and always wondered what are on the channels right after, only to find the horrific reality and introduction to porn.
