LSD is the most commonly known substance that might produce such an effect as was described in the image.

And, of course, caffeine alone should never produce such an effect.

I did not mean to "personalize" it; rather, it was merely a "scientific extension" of the joke suggested in the image - a "slightly heightened" level of joke for those who would understand the significance.
