What I find a bit sad is those who are waiting to see if the scripture is true and then decide that they want to be in the saving vessel, the New Testament Noahs Ark, not realising that God is the one who shuts the door.

Yeah, In the past and now present we're seeing excerpts of end time scenario. I think the bible says it will be a causing all to receive a mark, or a number, or a name.
14 And deceived them that dwell on the earth by the signs which were permitted to him to do in the sight of the beast, saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make the [t]image of the [u]beast, which had the wound of a sword, and did live.
15 [v]And it was permitted to him to give a [w]spirit unto the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast should speak, and should cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 [x]And he made all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive [y]a [z]mark in their right hand or in their foreheads.
17 And that no man might [aa]buy or sell, save he that had the [ab]mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name.
18 [ac]Here is wisdom. Let him that hath wit, count the number of the beast: for it is the [ad]number of a man, and his number is six hundred threescore and six.
I believe that those that are worshiping the beast are the ones who are deceived and will take the mark.
I don't believe we're going to resist this strong deception by our own wisdom. Many will die for their faith because they speak against the beast and the elect 144,000 will continue teaching and preaching until the last trump.
I've heard non-bible believing people say," no way they will not take a mark or a chip in their hand, but when pressed, "what if that's the only way to feed your family" they would say "well, in that case I guess I might have to.
So, yeah, I think that you'll have your Barabas's. The one's who will fight for this kingdom, but
