I'm a Peruvian girl (29), who met an American guy (29) who hugged and kissed me on the head (in the bye time)
Is this normal?

Not in my generation. If it makes you uncomfortable and you're going to encounter this guy again, speak up and tell him you aren't ok with such affectionate farewells.

I was with a family and he was the best friend of them. We all interacted for 6.5-7 hrs.
If his intentions were positive/loving/affectionate (if he has an innocent, pure attraction or affection), it wouldn't bother me.

yes, but i think it was too soon. i'm joyously married but if i was single, i wouldn't be touching not even on the 10th date. to me, its the girl that should make the 1st handshake, hug or kiss.

Exactly. The wife of my Pastor told me that the only ones who kiss her on the head are her dad and husband. That's why Im wondering about his intentions or purposes. I don't want anyone playing with feelings, like for example opening doors to nothing. It was unexpected, I didn't imagine he would be capable of doing that, normally I don't let anyone kissing me.. in any area unless its my father.

I apologize, what do you mean by the girl should initiate the first move? :( :(

think not it this way; the guy that kissed you possibly, was thinking of close romance. there's no way to tell unless he said something. women should always make the 1st "touch" move because that says to the guy she likes him. it also points to her feeling like the guy is respectable & responsible because he didn't make the 1st move.

The only thing he said after the kiss was: "I dont know how to... *unclear* *Icouldn't hear very well* " "but, thank you very much :D "

Everyone here will have a different opinion.
None of us know his intentions.
Ask him his intentions if you talk with him again and also tell him how you think about it.

It could possibly be entirely innocent. And, of course, you want to be sure.

It is probably more likely that it was innocent if he was a gentleman about it.

Like everyone else is saying/suggesting, be clear about what you do and do not feel comfortable with - and, ask him to be clear about his intent as well...
