It is clear from the book of Revelation that there will be a 1000 year reign of Jesus as He will take the government upon His shoulders.

II Peter chapter 3
[8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
[11] Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
[12] Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
[13] Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
We often hear about "the coming day of God" or the coming "day of the Lord", and it is not a literal 24 hour day.
Instead, in this precise context, Peter said that we must not be "ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day". Here, Peter was alluding to what the psalmist had written:
Psalm 90
[4] For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Revelation chapters 19, 20, and 21 give us the easiest-to-read chronological order of events of this "day" or 1000 year period, from its beginning to its end, but it is outlined elsewhere in the Bible as well.

In the context of "the coming day of God" or "the day of the Lord", Peter said not to be ignorant of one thing.
If you want to reject his Holy Ghost inspired counsel and to be ignorant, then have at it.
Yes, I prefer the Spiritual Interpretation rather than the Carnal-Minded, UnSpiritual Interpretation.
It's the Spirit of the Word not the Letter - II Cor 3:6.

I already provided for you the spiritual interpretation given by the Apostle Peter in scripture, and you reject the same.

carnal-minded mortals think because they quote a scripture verse, that that is the spiritual interpretation.
