Is it always the case that the holy spirit will have an emotional or physical effect on u, when it falls upon u. I ask because every time I feel like God has showered the spirit upon me I have a different reaction, at times I cry, sometimes I feel relieved and sometimes I feel completely normal like nothing has happened
 
Nearly everytime it has a effect on you. Not everytime but most of the time. The more you grow in Christ the more you will me sensitive to the holy spirit
