First birth in flesh and blood of man and woman having sex?
Are we born alive to God in that first birth? or just after the similitude of the first Adam?
Of course not. That is why the Lord Jesus Christ declared "Ye must be born again". This is a spiritual matter and it is supernatural. Are we born alive to God in that first birth?

No, we are not.Are we born alive to God in that first birth?
Thus the reason He created man and woman. For the purpose of procreation. Now, in today's world, there are those who will find numerous ways to impregnate a woman, but that is not how God intended procreation to act.
Ephesians, Chapter 5:
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
No person is born a believer in God or Jesus, nor does sprinkling a baby make one a saved believer.
Romans, Chapter 10:
9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
No, we are not.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
John 3:6-7 (KJV)
(Read the whole passage; John chapter 3).
Adam and Eve had the ability to choose either good or evil. Since the fall, man has lost the ability to do good! His thoughts are evil only!Adam and Eve were made knowing God and when they ate off the forbidden tree then all their offspring was born with a choice.
Adam and Eve had the ability to choose either good or evil. Since the fall, man has lost the ability to do good! His thoughts are evil only!

The first Adam was not born "dead to God", so who would "see" that he was?Okay for those that see we are first born dead to God, just as the first Adam.
Except the Bible doesn't say "Since the fall, man has lost the ability To do good! His thoughts are evil only!"Adam and Eve had the ability to choose either good or evil. Since the fall, man has lost the ability to do good! His thoughts are evil only!
When a man lays with a woman that seed is like an offering on the mercy seat.
Adam, created on the 6th day is created in the image of the water, and Eve who came from not of the dirt as Adam did but his rib,was created in the image of the blood.
It would have been from his right rib and would also be the right rib which Jesus was pierced.
Adam said "this is now the bones of my bones and the flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman cause she was taken out of man."
He is talking about his physical bones and his spiritual bones, his physical flesh and his spiritual heart of flesh, because Adam and Eve were as one before the fall as the covenant are as one.
He called her woman cause she was taken out of man.
"Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."
Ok,here's what happens. When Adam lays with Eve, a Ark is created. The Two cherubim on the Ark of the covenant represents the water, and the blood.
When the seed of Adam crosses over, at that moment that seed is on the mercy seat as an offering unto the Lord.It crosses over from the water to the blood.
So it was washed with the water before it entered into Eve.
Now the seed is in the womb and the same thing that happens to you when you're born again is happening to that seed.
Because that seed is in the Holy of Holies, behind the curtain veil, and it is growing.
When you are spiritually clean you enter the Holy of Holies, there you grow spiritually.
At 9 months that baby gets kicked out like Adam and Eve did at the garden and you must be born again.
There is nothing new under the sun. What once was will be again.
As for me(My opinion, lol) is that it has to do with the "refreshing/restoration of all things" Peter explains in Acts 3:20 https://biblehub.com/interlinear/acts/3.htm but it's in many other places in Scripture i.e. Romans 8:22,,,Revelation chapter 11, 20 ect. https://biblehub.com/interlinear/romans/8-22.htm but the just is in that when Christ returns the whole creation will be back to like in the beginning(reborn,a rebirth/new earth new heaven)... I think the whole thing is already sitting there in place after Christ(and could have taken place at the DBR of Jesus) but until they see and confess Jesus as Christ,King,Lord ect. then the Heavens must receive him... When they do the whole creation will change at his return(no more curse, and return to Garden of Eden on earth,,tree of life ect....resurrection of the dead,,,people will live perpetually,,all will be healed ect.).. much more could be said about that day but not in a paragraph....
