Not agreeing with you and your understanding of the Bible does not mean I am confused.

I don't believe what you think the Word says. There is a difference.
I've only printed exactly what the Bible says. There is no trickery. It is exactly as printed.

We'll find out....
But what if you're wrong? It's very serious. I hope you reconsider.

It's one thing to be confident. It's another to be insulting and accusatory.
It's being direct. I don't think you understand, I do believe you are confused by the posts I see. There are times what you say is contradictory. I just hope you will reconsider. I don't say anything to insult, the truth is you cannot be a Christian and deny the very foundational doctrine of Jesus being God. It is serious error.

Thank you, this week my father finds out results on whether he has cancer. We have just gone through my mother having cancer. So we are hoping and praying he will get good results.

i will be praying for you, man.
we all need prayer.
Thanks. And yes, we can all use prayer.

but a part of me feels deeply saddened and horrified.
Don’t be.

i don't care if anyone is oneness or trinity, we only get to the Father through Jesus Christ.
Yes, his is the only name whereby anyone can be saved.

but honestly, i would be feeling much better if your oneness was that Jesus is God.
I believe what the Bible says about him, and his God.

it is what it is.
Yep. For now.

Jesus said he was a man, and that his Father is “the only true God.” That’s a direct quote, exactly as printed. Peter said Jesus was “a man approved of God.” That’s a direct quote, exactly as printed. You get the idea. :)

But what if you're wrong? It's very serious. I hope you reconsider.

What if you’re wrong?

When Christ returns, we’ll find out…

Please give an example of where you think I am confused, or where I contradicted myself.

I just hope you will reconsider.
Likewise.

The truth is that we are to believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, make him our Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead.

I will pray for him and for you and your family. I lost my dad a couple of months ago, and my mom, who suffers from dementia, is having a hard time. They were married almost 74 years. I’m very thankful they were both Christian. This life is difficult at times, but there are wonderful days ahead.

What's the difference between "cloaked in flesh" and "veiled in flesh"?
To say cloaked is to understand the distinction of spiritual (immaterial) and the material (flesh).

While they co-exist in Jesus, the flesh (material) is still distinct from the Spiritual (immaterial).

God did not inhabit each and every cell of the Jesus's body.

Not sure what you mean, but ok.
I believe that the Holy Spirit from God does "inhabit" every cell of our bodies.

In this life? Zero.

If I'm wrong in my understanding of who Jesus Christ is and who God is, it will take Jesus Christ himself to tell me so.
He already has by His words, but you deny what He states about Himself.

Who, being in very nature[a] God,

did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature[b] of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
Phil 2:6-11

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
1 Timothy 3:16

6) who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
1 Timothy 3:16
1 Tim 3:16 Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

If you use erroneous translations, you'll get erroneous theology.

Thank you so much. It's hard when parents are ill at the same time. Sorry for your loss of your father. Life is difficult at times, that's for sure. I am blessed though as you are that my family are all believers and that makes everything easier.

aren't you able to Discern them from how God see's them in the future because they will never change?

a wolf will always be a wolf.
that is a good point, I just remember there was a time I was lying, murdering devil. :) BUT God.

Yes, I know terms are bandied about here. That is why I'm trying to be clear that I am not attacking the person. And I don't cast the " you're not a Christian" phrase around either. But we both understand that the most foundational belief a Christian has is the trinity. I'm assuming there is a cult such as JWs involved and entrenched so as one cannot see the truth before their very eyes. As I said, that's very sad and I hope something will spark for them and open their understanding.

Amen, agree.

Many people need to remember there are good people in JW's but are being taught damnable doctrines of devils.

When any group teaches Jesus is a created being, not God that is a spirit of the antichrist and called a cult. Being a GOOD PERSON doesn't save you but when they come to my door that is my sign to tell them the gospel as clearly as I can, and Jesus is the only way to the Father. The Holy Spirit is not a force and Jesus is no angel or brother of Lucifer.

I, yes I, am the LORD, and there is no Savior but Me. Isaiah 43:11
God is the ultimate Savior, it was His plan of salvation, and Jesus Christ was the agent through whom it is being carried out.

?

All I see is two posters communicating in the same language (English) and STILL not understanding each other....are things lost in translation?

At leat nobody is arguing over Mary. Is she the Mother of God or the mother of Jesus? Or the mother of the son of God? Or all three?

@ThereRoseaLamb ...
I have just lifted your parents up in prayer...
