Dear friends,

I'm reaching out to ask for your prayers. My father has been very unwell recently. He hasn't been eating for about a week, and he fell from his bed the other day, struggling to breathe. He's still having difficulty breathing, has no appetite, and is weak when walking.

I'm worried about him and would be so grateful if you could join me in praying for his healing and recovery. Please pray for:

- His strength and healing: That God would touch him with His healing power, restoring his strength, appetite, and breathing.
- Comfort and peace: That God would comfort him and ease his discomfort and anxieties.
- Support for our family: That we would find strength and hope during this difficult time.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

With love,
Jane Chai

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

Most Merciful and Kind Heavenly Father, who through the mouth of Jesus the Anointed One commanded us not to fuss about earthly things, but to place all our hope for our livelihood in You. Have mercy on Your servant Mr Chai, show him and his family the way out of his miserable situation with his ailments and deprivations. Give him an understanding of the need to take care of himself, bless him with a good health, give him and us to understand the meaning and purpose of our trials, and what we can do to gain Your favor and help ourselves, fulfilling Your holy will. You are the God who works glorious miracles and everything is possible for You. Hear us at this hour and forgive us our debts. Renew our hearts, so that we may remain in the blessed state of newborn Christians, not sharing the way of life of this world, but remaining deaf to all the suggestions and whisperings of the evil demon. May we, having been faithful to Your goodness to the end, be worthy of the crown of life in the Kingdom of Heaven, and with all the saints praise You wholeheartedly with Mr Chai. For to You are due our reverent fear, love, praise and thanksgiving, to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and always and unto the ages. In Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

When we pray, we must believe! I have witnessed hundreds of healings! The only one that can heal is our Heavenly Father! We serve a great God. So as I pray I believe that your father can be healed.

Father! You know all situations and all circumstances! Touch this man now and bring your healing touch to him. Remove the pain and make it clear that all the esteem goes to you Father! Have your way in His life and make this a powerful testimony for his life! Amen.

Heavenly Father,

I lift up our friend Jane’s father to You in prayer. You are the Great Physician and the source of all comfort and healing. Please lay Your healing hand upon him, restoring his body and renewing his strength.

Lord, surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant wisdom and skill to the doctors and caregivers, and guide their hands as they work to bring him relief and recovery.

I also pray for our friend and their family. Strengthen their hearts and give them hope and patience during this time. May they feel Your presence and know that You are with them every step of the way.

Lord, we trust in Your goodness and surrender this situation into Your hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Jane, so sorry about your dad. I never really had a dad. Do you mind if I ask how old he is? And more importantly, is he a believer in Jesus Christ?

Has he gone to the hospital? He could have broken ribs which can explain troubled breathing.
And loss of appetite due to oxygen intake being impacted due to broken ribs .
Praying.

Publican, thank you for your kind words and concern. I understand losing a parent is painful, and I'm sorry for your loss. My dad is 59, and yes, he is a believer in Jesus. He's a strong man of faith, and I know that gives him comfort and strength during this difficult time.

MeowFlower, thank you so much for your concern and prayers. You're right, he has been to the hospital. They haven't confirmed any broken ribs yet, but they're running tests. I'm hoping they can figure out what's going on soon. I appreciate your prayers for his healing.

Thank you sis, prayers up for your dad. I asked those questions because sometimes people have a hard time dealing with the end of life for their loved ones, even when it was their time to go. I just wanted to make sure that wasn't your situation. Your dad is only two years older than myself, so its probably not his time. And with all the prayers being offered for him right now, I expect a full recovery. Gods good like that.

Just remember, death is the ultimate cure for everything that ails us, if like you and your dad, we are found to be in Christ.

We shouldn't fear death for ourselves or our believing loved ones. I'm sure you already knew that, just a word of encouragement.

Please share you dads first name, its helpful. And keep us posted.
Be at peace Sister Jane.
Praying for a full recovery.

Dear Publican,

Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers. It means a lot to know that you're thinking of my dad, David.

You are right, death is the ultimate cure for everything. I know that, and it's comforting to know that if my dad's time were to come, he would be in the hands of God. But I'm still hoping and praying for a full recovery. He's only 59, and I have so much more time I want to spend with him.

Thank you again for your support. I will definitely keep you updated.

With love,
Jane
