I still need prayer for my daughters father. I am still have trouble knowing what to do. He doesn't reach out to her ever but sends money. When I reach out to him he says he wants to see her but wants me to do all the transportation because he doesn't have a car or license.

If he doesn't have a license or vehicle, it seems like a reasonable request, especially since he is supporting her. He might be able to use ride services, but without more information about the situation, it seems if you believe that it is in your child's best interest, you may have to bear the burden for her sake.

It's a difficult situation to be sure. Will pray for you and your daughter and her father.

I actually don’t think it’s in her best interest because he is very inconsistent so it makes her have behavioral outbursts when he comes around and then doesn’t for months.

That's a determination for the mother to make. While I don't necessarily disagree, I don't possess enough information to make such a determination. But the mom seemed to want her daughter to spend time with her father.
