Desperate for Gods intervention in my sons life and career. Son has history of marjuana use and mental health counseling, but he wants to join the military. Usually these are disqualifying but kids can get waivers in some cases. Would you please pray for Gods divine intervention with whomever approves waivers for the military?

Hi Steve and welcome to CC! I pray in agreement to Father God that only His purpose and His will be done in your son's life. May the Lord bless him with the desire to quit anything harmful to his body, mind and spirit, in Jesus name Amen🙏

I'm unsure what you're asking prayer for. The military might offer him the discipline he needs... but, you don't want this for him or you feel that it would be to his detriment? What exactly would you like us to pray?
 
I would like prayers that if my son chooses the military that Gods favor grant him any required waivers. I think the military would be really good for him if he could get in.

Think about this before you push him into the military. Given his history, can his partners depend on him in a crisis?

I pray for God's will in your son's life, and that he will seek and accept God's will.

He shouldn't be considering the military if he is mentally ill.
