So this is what has happened the last 2 hours. I took out one of my project flutes knowing it did not play on all keys. I looked at the keys and found the problem. Fixed the problem and the flute plays on all keys. I now have it listed, a student flute that has a solid silver head joint.

Coming in the mail are pads for the other student flute, which I have finally learned correct way to replace pads. I will be replacing the final pads on that flute and it will be a flute I can offer with New pads, New cork. Serviced. It's the same make model as the other flute, with the solid silver head joint.

But even if I was unable to sell the flutes, I could sell the flute heads for their silver. Which would give me a profit. But I don't think they will last more than 2 months without selling. Hopefully I can sell them much sooner, because I need the money to pay the remaining bills this month.

I have yet another flute which I have done no work on, and I believe I can sell it for profit, because I got a low price for it, it's an intermediate flute with solid silver head.

This is what I have in the works right now. Two of the flutes listed for sale.

So Trinity is closing anyways, and I made the mistake of calling the credit card company to tell them about my problem. I was calling them to try and work out my problem with them, but it ended up turning into lots and lots of pain, anxiety and fear. Right now I still have the shakes from talking to them on the phone.

But I will be filing bankruptcy because they did that too me. I think I would qualify for debt forgiveness because of how much interest I have paid them. It's about 2 times more than what I owe right now.

I will be contacting the pro bono office tomorrow, as they called me this afternoon but I missed the call.

If the money comes in from the violin I can use that to pay off some of the affirm bills, some of the smaller ones.

But I never can pay the credit cards now because of how high the late charges are. I am forced to file bankruptcy.

Brother,

I am up at 4 am and treating an inflamed tooth because I can't sleep tonight. I know the feeling of chronic stress so I bookmarked this class to study and memorize. While I'm listening to it, you came to mind. I will use it as a reminder to pray for you and to pass this class forward.

My heart goes out to you and I trust the Lord to help you through this challenge.
The topic deals with root causes of stress and corrections. You are in a stressful circumstance that requires a financial solution, but this may help you learn what may take the edge off while working through it.
God bless you Brasspen.

I see people with your financial problems like yours every day. Until you stop borrowing money to pay what you already owe, you will only sink deeper into debt. Get a budget counselor to help you pay off what you owe and live on what you earn.

It took me six years to work out my debt problem, but with the help of a counselor, and many months of no frills living, we were debt free. We paid every penny that we owed and now own our home, have money in the bank, and are able to help others in need. We thank God for the blessings that He provides us everyday.

Take a break today. Put your problems on hold. Fast and pray for the next 24 hours. God will provide you a solution to your problem.

I am praying that you find and follow God's instructions.

@HealthAndHappiness I took a look at it. Looks Like I have been missing sunshine. For the last year I have been inside and have not even been outside for not even 1 hour. Right now I miss the sun, but it's so cold. I think I'll cook an egg.

@jacko so to update on my money problems.
I filled out an online form for money management international. After filling out all the information, according to the MMI, I would be setup with a repayment plan of 273.33 each month over 3 years with something called a DRP. There was also another option for $250.00 each month for 4 years.

If MMI really can do that for me right there, it would fix everything. I am waiting for counselor to review and email me. Hopefully tomorrow sometime.

That's great!
☀️🚶‍♂️
Right now, probably all of us need more sunshine. That is a great place to start! Eggs with raw yolks are good cholesterol.

I had health problems one year.
At the beginning of Fall, I got a membership at a tanning salon first time in my life. I used a lower power stand up booth for just 5-10 minutes every other week. I noticed a substantial improvement just from those short UV sessions. I never recommended tanning with bulbs, but the short exposure helped because my body wasn't processing vitamin D in the liver like it should. The skin exposure was the only way.

Likewise walks in the sunshine with hands and face exposed won't be enough, but you might notice a difference. That's even better with exercise.

So this what new! MMI (money management international), is true company. My sister told me she did that very thing with MMI. With a DRP I will be legally locked out from getting a loan from anywhere, but I get to have loan forgiveness and a repayment plan. It's only going to take 36 months. And although I could be wrong, they are including everything, even my car.

This would take me from -300.00 into +900 USD each month.

My violin will be sold in Feb 22nd, which will give me money to stick into my savings account. Tarisio will also sell the violin they have this year, into the savings account. My tax return will be coming, don't know how much.

Looks like the miracle I prayed for is here. God has answered our prayers. I mindlessly came to MMI's webpage, then looked at it. I just walked in without paying attention to what I was doing.

is that your total debt load? Honestly, I wouldn't file BK for like 10K worth of debt. What is the nominal amount of debt being forgiven with the repayment plan?

@jacko So after working out with MMI, what I have is 20k in total debt. That includes the car and all loans.
MMI cannot work out with all the creditors I found out. They can however work out enough to get me out of the black hole. They will work with klarna, the credit cards. But not affirm, no car bills, because of secured loan, not the personal loan I have.

This here is the plan. After the MMI agent changes the due date for my plan, I will sign the papers. After making all my minimum payments for the month, it gives me $100.00 left, + I get that money from my brother. $225 :) Rather than -300.00.

But the plan is not over, I am hoping for earned income tax credit of $600.00, which would pay off affirm loans. This will bring it up even more, then after I get the money from the violin, even more affirm loans paid off in full. The affirm loans are short, like 2m,6m-11m. But there are just so many of them. A majority of the loans are like, $25.00 bucks left. There are some over $100.00 but not very many.

I should have it fixed well enough middle march.

They are setting up a repayment plan, not any forgiveness.

Praying 🙏 May God bring you out of this stronger and better off than before to be a warrior of His. Keep God in the middle of things and he'll work them out for your good. With others praying in His name for you, you know He is here. The bigger the problem, the more glorious the miracle

Is it possible for you to get more credit as an increased balance on any of the credit cards? Then file BK, so you start over clean.

I don't know if I can do that. Last December I missed my payment to Trinity Debt Managment.
What I have figured out, is I might get my income tax credit in February, I can use that to pay affirm. Then in March I will have the money from the other violin. Paying more into affirm. After this I will have it balanced enough I will have money for next 3 months. After 3 more months most of the affirm will be gone. This here is what the problem is. It's affirm.

But it's possible that Tarisio might still be able to collect on the violin that was sold in December. But as far as that is, I don't know what's going on. They will not tell me anything. It has been 11 days. Seems like much longer time, but that is all, just 11 days.

I do know the buyer will get banned from Tarisio, and get a bill.

Also, If I have too, I can pay the credit card companies in February, which includes late charges, and then skip affirm hoping for earned income tax credit. + the violin.

As far as that is, I will know something about the tax credit at end of Janurary.

So before, I forgot to include the car payment in the budget. I have $7.?? after all my bills.

So by not paying affrim. Because affirm does not stack the payment, and does not stack the interest or have late fees, I should be able to get this done. Affirm gives me little more than 3 months too. I will just barely have enough time to catch everything up. That's with the violin money and tax return.

So with the flutes. I had sold a flute and got $110.00 out of it. I used money from it for investment in the parts to repad the other two flutes. I should be able sell one for 200, the other for 350, consider that the flute business is working out ok so far, I will reinvestment some of it. I sold this flute to the man, because he wanted a project to work on for learning flute repair. So I offered him the flute.

Right now I don't have any flute for sale, until I fix these flutes. I need parts in mail.

I am looking at budget, skipping payments on affirm but paying off certain loans with them that I have, I might be able to get this balanced. This is without looking at any money coming from anywhere, not the violin. Just my SSDI check.

I was thinking also, that I would give up all business adventures. That I would stop right now, and only try to recover myself. Instead i would focus my time on music, and spinning yarn.

"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord." It's 10pm I would pull out my uku, it's been sitting there for over 1 month. Which is very stupid of me, because I know that giving Jesus Christ praise and worship can bring down the strong holds. I think the whole business adventure is just distraction away from God. I think I will end this business, because all I am doing is sliding further and further back with it.

When the lest of things is done, even a big consequence can happen.

Just then I decided to post the scripture, and got reminded of something I had forgotten.

KJV Matthew 6:24-6:34

{6:24} No man can serve two masters: for either he will
hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the
one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and
mammon. {6:25} Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought
for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor
yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more
than meat, and the body than raiment? {6:26} Behold the
fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor
gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.
Are ye not much better than they? {6:27} Which of you by
taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? {6:28}
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of
the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
{6:29} And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his
glory was not arrayed like one of these. {6:30} Wherefore,
if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and
to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more
[clothe] you, O ye of little faith? {6:31} Therefore take no
thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we
drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? {6:32} (For
after all these things do the Gentiles seek: ) for your
heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these
things. {6:33} But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his
righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
{6:34} Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the
morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient
unto the day [is] the evil thereof.

@jacko So here is the plan to beat this financial problem I am having.

Default on Affirm. I get 90 days with affirm before I can catch up on my payments again. thankfully affirm does not charge late fees or stack payments. A problem however, is you cannot do loan consolidation or make a deal for repayment. But it will probably work out better because they do this thing.

I will be taking half the money I am defaulting on affirm with, and fully paying off small loans with them. I will do that for February and March. Without counting the violin on auction in February, I can lower my monthy bill enough I can make the minimum again. Which is just enough time to stop affirm from putting it in collections.

However, if that violin sells in February for enough money, I will then take that money and my problems will be over, so long as I do not borrow again like this. With the money from the violin I can pay enough affirm bills that I would be able to make the minimum and have plenty of money left over. And it would be done middle of March.

So, if the violin money don't come in. My budget is clear, I will make it. I will just be short on money.
