I add my prayer of agreement to the others. What I do often is put on headphones and listen to a series of Bible verses by Soakstream. Some video tapes last over 10 hours and have ocean waves in the background. Somebody I know takes 4-7 swigs of Jim Beam and that knocks her out, but she is in a desperate state of mind. The danger of addiction/dependence is there even though it does work for her. God bless you!
