Prayer for my Dad who passed on last week & for my family

Hello Christian family, I badly need your prayers. Could you all please join me to say a little prayer for the soul of my father who passed on 3 days ago that he may find rest with the Lord. ...I also need prayers for my family left behind that God will grant us the fortitude to bear the loss, may we chose peace and leave justice to God. Sorry for your loss but Christians do not pray for the dead.. We do however pray for the living.. May the LORD guide you and comfort you in your time of mourning

Make sure you get help from all of your family & friends in this your time of need, and do contact your pastor or a free counselling service if you need it.
My prayer for you:
Our wondrous Father, please help FMW & his/her family to cope in their time of need. Ease their grief, and help them comfort each other. Shine all your endless love upon them. Amen.
Both my friends have lost their fathers now, one to Parkinsons and the other had medical complications which were controlled, but he just suddenly passed away. It is always a shock whether it is unexpected or not. There are many websites with good, practical, solid advice.
Just take some time to grieve together as a family first, and don't stress about the litte things that don't matter.

You will see your Dad again one day in the new order of things. God has guaranteed it!!
