I have some very serious health problems. I have to decide on an aorta repair procedure that if not done, I have a high probability that a rupture could occur. That will result in death within minutes. Please pray that God will provide me with the wisdom to make the right decision.

That's got to be a burden indeed.
We both have serious challenges, but I want to encourage you as you may not be getting much from others either.
We are created by God to heal when we receive the special blessings that He provides through knowledge of His creation and those nutrients He made.
I've seen literal miracles happen time and again. They weren't psychosomatic responses to prompting of some preacher to someone in an audience as we have all wondered when watching TV. I mean, MDs gave up hope and would've killed the people if God had not intervened.
They were testimonies of our Father's mercy.
Most of the time, however my experience has shown that He answers my requests by placing people who may be more knowledgeable in our path. This has sometimes been in person and other times directly from a class I'm taking online. It's awesome how we can ask the Lord and the next day when not thinking about it, He answers the question through a Dr who never heard the prayer or your name.
As you pray, I would be completely honest about your faith with God and ask, not only for a miracle, but for the clear answer you need. Be ready with a notebook and pen.He won't speak audibly as He did at Christ's baptism but He may just provide what you need to strengthen the circulatory system. I'm not recommending anything other than to seek His will with an open mind for helpful instructions.
Thinking out loud, I wonder if it's a local issue, or a systemic (entire circulatory one?)
I don't know. Just thinking out loud because one of my challenges has been to provide the nutrition and right kind of exercise to provide the body to heal. It's taking longer than I hoped, but have seen noticable improvement and still alive in spite of the demons attacks through their helpers. They even have been stalking and trying to harm. However, the Lord is my Protector. He is not done with us yet and I trust He wants us to carry out His mission on earth to share blessings of good news to others who are suffering.
