Haha the other day someone I know used their last 12 PokeBalls on a Pokemon and didn't catch it. What a fail. But yeah, you just click on an egg and there should be an icon that says Start Incubation, then you can choose one of your incubators to put it in. Using a Razz Berry before throwing a PokeBall can definitely help on some of the higher level ones.

Ah, very good! Thank you! Also, if I have multiples of one or more Pokemon (which I most certainly do) do I have to delete them to get higher level Pokemon? Or do I just keep them all and the HP/CP etc. goes up as my own level goes up? Cheers!

Yeah definitely "transfer" your extras. It will give you 1 candy for each. The only way to power up is to do it with candies/stardust. And when you click on your Pokemon, it will tell you how much candy you need to evolve it as well. I think we get 500xp for evolving too, so that helps.

Ooh, thanks, brother! So by 'transfer' you mean give them to Professor Oak? Or something else? Sorry, I'm so clueless. I was in high school when Pokemon came out and I was more of a Digimon fan. But I'm enjoying Pokemon Go. Thanks for putting up with my noob-ness.

Haha np. Yeah when you click on your Pokemon, scroll down and you'll see the icon to transfer to the professor. Unlike the show/games, we can't get them back though lol.

Haha! I'm such a noob! That's not Professor Oak, even. Is it? Haha! Do I keep the highest HP Pokemon I have doubles/triples etc. of or do I transfer them? Thanks a heap. Have a blessed day.

I don't think so XD. Yeah keep the highest. If you have two that are close, I just look at their attacks and keep the strongest one.
 
Ooh, good stuff! This is exciting. I'm transferring my doubles etc. now. Do I need two of everything to evolve one and keep another?

Haha! Sounds good to me. What's the deal with the incubator? One can be used three times, the other for infinite. Thanks for putting up with my noob-ness.

Eventually you'll have 9/9 eggs and not be able to hatch them all at once, so it's their way of trying to get you to buy more incubators from the shop lol.
 
You can buy the Disposable incubators for a dollar fifty. That's not too bad. I hatch the 2K eggs just to get them out of my inventory
 
Welp, both of my 10k eggs hatched and they were both Eevees, so I'm done with the eggs XD. I now have 5 Jolteon, 3 Flareon, and a Vaporeon, as well as other Eevees lol.

I did find n catch a Lickitung today though, so that was awesome :D

Nice work, mate. Did you notice there was a new update today to fix the bugs etc? That can only be good.

Yeah. I also noticed that every time I logged in, I get a message saying, "Don't Trespass", "Don't Drive n Play", "Don't Go In Dangerous Areas" ... Taking all of the fun out of it!!(jk)
 
After today, I feel like I am the very best like no one ever was :rolleyes:. Caught Golduck, Starmie, Kabuto :eek:, Jigglypuff, Diglett, Vulpix, and I think 5 Dratini. I'm up to Level 18 so far. I've collected 25k stardust. Ima wait until I get like 100k, then level everything up at once lol.
 
Bruce, we finally have pokemon here!!!! $/@($/& and I'm biking with kids and grown up men driving around in circles...

How do you get more power ups and candies?
And, any tips for beginners? Teehee.

Yay! I'm not sure about power-ups, but you get candies by transferring your doubles/triples etc. of Pokemon to the Professor.
