Poem for Prayer

Lord I will trust you with all my heart
Even when it feels like you're miles apart

I will trust you with my mind, body and soul
Even when it feels like my plate is full

I will trust you so that I might see you more clearly
When I pray may I pray more sincerely

May I trust in the the plan you have for me
Rid myself of this stress and set myself free

May I trust you with my life
Learn to bend and sacrifice
Soak in the words of Jesus Christ

May I be broken and formed into shape
Learn to live and trust in my faith

May I trust in the word and know I won't stand alone
Be thankful for all of the goodness you have shown

Most of all may I pray
Let you guide the way
Know that I will....
BE OKAY
