There is global pressure now to get the vaccine, so it will be hard to escape getting the initial shots. Among the colleges, military, federal, state, local governments and related contractors, medical facilities, other companies offering customer service such as restaurants, nail salons, etc., and large companies many of whom are "woke", are requiring the vaccines. Furthermore, if you need/want to travel abroad, vaccine makes life easier.
If one is job hunting or looking to change jobs, employers would rather higher the vaccinated over the unvaccinated. This is going to lead to a lot of discrimination in hiring. I have been on hiring panels, we can kind of gage a person's views based on writing sample or cousework based on the transcript, and can kind of deduce who got the vaccine.
The FDA ruled against booster shots for the general population so far, so I don't think people need to worry about numerous booster shots in the future. The FDA probably ruled this way so they won't be subject to these booster shots given that they are federal emplolyees.
