Please help me to understand

What don't I understand is the stuffs you read into the text. Nobody received the Holy Spirit until Acts 2. Lord Jesus explicitly taught that he must depart so the Holy Spirit can come, Jn. 16:7, was he contradicting himself? Or you?

Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

I could react to the scripture you correctly quoted, but I doubt you know about the baptism of the Holy Spirit. What I will address is your ignoring of the 120 JEWISH (not Greek) believers of Acts 2, referenced in my post. Weren't they first? Just curious, but when Jesus told His disciples to " receive ye the Holy Ghost " in John 16 He did something first. What was it?

First of all, those 120 Jews could be from "every nation under heaven", according to not me, but Act 2:5 - "And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven"; second, "Greek saved first" was applied on a NATIONAL level, not an individual level. The gospel will be rejected by the majority of Jews until all the Gentile nations receive it and Christ returns.

Acts 13:44-48

On the next Sabbath almost the whole city came together to hear the word of God. But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy; and contradicting and blaspheming, they opposed the things spoken by Paul. Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, “It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles. For so the Lord has commanded us:

‘I have set you as a light to the Gentiles,
That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”

Now when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.

"JEWS, devout mem, from EVERY nation under heaven." were at the feast of Pentecost, AFTER the 120 were in the upper room in Jerusalem. There is no mention of Gentiles being in THAT number, they were Jewish and if, as you believe, no one was saved until Acts 2, then the Holy Spirit fell on the 120 FIRST. The FIRST saved were JEWISH. You can dance around that all you want. IT'S TO THE JEW FIRST., either individually or nationally." For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; TO THE JEW FIRST, and ALSO TO THE GREEK." Romans 1:16 P.S. You didn't answer the question of what Jesus did BEFORE he told His disciples to " receive ye the Holy Ghost "

Since "Jews" were from every nation under heaven defined by the bible itself, how do you know the 120 in the upper room were all natives and not "from every nation under heaven"? There were plenty Samarians, Canaanites even Romans accepted Jesus as the Messiah, who are you to exclude them all from His disciples?

PS: Before that was the Lord's call to evangelizing: "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you." The Holy Spirit was not received until the day of Pentecost, 50th day since the resurrection -“you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”(Acts 1:4-5)

It would seem to me that, in a world where there is no pollution would be a world where there is no wasted energy. For example, in an energy efficient automobile, there would be no exhaust coming out its tailpipe.
