Wow! for some reason, I had wondered if coffee grew in the Himalayan mountains when I saw your first clue!
 
nope, sorry Mem.
I will reveal another clue. The coffee clue refers to a style of coffee and when you get that it wont give you the name of the country but the clue will relate to the country.
