Thank you for the words of encouragement. You are a good friend. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. God is with me, my wife loves and supports me and I have friends that care about me.

I feel the same way that you do. I am quite sure that God hears Darlene's prayers as she is a very spiritual woman with a deep heart. She prays for you all of the time. God hears your prayers too, and mine also but sometimes to us it doesn't seem that way. She is resting now. I will pray to God that I am a comfort to her.
Feeling better it helped to post poem in pain clinic......God makes everything better. If not here and now for sure in heaven. Prayers out for my Lady Blue and God hears your prayers too. I don't have any special thing going on I just talk to Him and assume He is listening I think they have told me it is faith. We just have to believe it....
I am helping my wife with a yard sale at our church today. Most likely both our backs will be sore after today is through. We are getting rid of some clutter in our home but my wife has already purchased some shirts. Hopefully, we will end up with less clutter than what we started with but at this time it is uncertain. At least it is sunny and not raining so that is a good thing with current temps in the 60's. It is not so bad.
just wanted to let y'all know that I went to the ER for the 3rd time this past Wednesday, and was admitted to the hospital until yesterday, Saturday afternoon.. They had to do an MRI on me, but it wasn't until Friday that I was comfortably doped up enough to tolerate it.. I'm back home for now on pain meds and oral steroids, and will hopefully receive a 2nd back injection. I will be having PT, and home health nurses coming in to help me at home.. please pray 4 my continued progress and healing.. ty so much..

You have been through so much and I will pray that the doctors will be able to alleviate the pain in your back and to remove or treat the source of the pain. I will also pray that God gives you a special healing touch as well in addition to what the doctors will do for you. You are a very brave woman but now I want the pain to be removed from your life and this is what I am praying for.
ty tourist..if this 2nd injection doesn't work, the next step definitely is surgery..it's already been discussed with my dr and me..pls pray this injection works!!!!!!!!!!!
I have set a goal of being smoke-free after Valentine's Day. I will have a certain amount of pain to process but with the grace of God and the support of my loving wife the pain will eventually subside and I will begin to live my life anew. Cutting back smoking is one thing but total abstinence from tobacco is another thing all together. It is starting to get real for me. God help me.
