the only way u can overcome sin is if u learn to hate and detest what is evil, we do not do what we hate only what we love and those who love to sin will not enter in

Jesus said the only way is to love others more than self And paul said the only way is to seek after things of the spirit.

Hating sin never caused anyone to stop. No one loves to sin (at least a child of God) yet we still sin. So it has to be deeper than this.

The only way to overcome sin is to believe in the One who overcame it for us. I believe the word believe is to lean upon or a crutch, I read sometime ago. The only way to overcome sin is to lean upon Jesus.

Think of this is rational thinking.

Can 2 people drive the same car?......Unless we agree on the exact route we must go, we will constantly be battling each others path of travel.

1 has got to yield in order for them to get to where they must go.

In life, if we want to full fill our destiny, we know who must yield and stand down.

Be careful not to think you know what is right, before you even know where you must go.
