He was not saved, Jesus called him out in the begining (John 6) He was allowed to walk with Jesus because God was going to use him

Judas was a theif from the begining. And he was only there because he thought Christ was going to free them from rome. Once he realised he was not. He turned on him
Depends upon what you mean by "lost": we all commit temporal sins and make errors in doctrine, but doing so has no effect upon our salvation. His sheep were chosen as His sheep from even before the foundation of the world. Judas was not one of them. Those who were chosen as His sheep cannot, not, be His sheep, regardless of anything they may or may not do because they were made so and are kept by God not themselves - that is what makes Him the Saviour. True repentance is a gift from God which is guaranteed by God, but only to those whom He has chosen for salvation - they alone comprise His sheep. The repentance is repentance from dead works and of trusting other gods, unto a full, complete, and singular trust in Christ alone as Saviour, which trust, is by, and remains by, the power of God alone, not man.
[1Pe 1:5 KJV] 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Grace is unmerited favor we do not earn our salvation. It is a gift that we either accept or reject.
Were that true, then wouldn't having to accept it also be a form of earning it? If truly a free gift, then whether we accept it or not, would have no bearing on it becoming our gift. It wouldn't truly have become our gift unless and until it is fully within our possession, and therefore, until then, it simply hasn't become a free gift - but God tells us clearly that it is a gift, a free one. However, once it is, and through it we become apprised of it, we would never, ever chose to part with/from it, and be exceeding thankful we were given it. Notice in the below verse, that the recipient of the free gift makes no contribution to the obtaining of it - it was all accomplished solely by Christ.
[Rom 5:15 KJV] 15 But not as the offence, so also [is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, [which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
If that's true then Jesus was unequally yoked with an unbeliever... which is a sin.
News flash for ya... Jesus did not sin!
God did not force Judas to allow satan to come inside of him and posses him... Judas had a choice and God simply knew before hand that he was going to make the wrong choice
Just like the Bible teaches Jesus was slain before the foundation of the world because He can see far in the future and He knew Adam and Eve would sin... doesn't mean God had anything to do with making them sin.

Jesus does not violate God's Word.
Yes, he "became lost" but was not lost in the beginning... Peter "became lost" when he denied the Lord.
The difference is, Peter repented and came back to the Lord and Judas did not.

New flash. Jesus hung around a lot of sinners. tax collectors. harlots, Drunks. Many disciples followed him. Yet as jesus said in John 6. They did nto believe. And even called Judas the devil.
Judas was not saved, He walked with Christ to be part of his army when he freed them from Rome, not as his savior..

I read some saying he was saved but fell away. I don't see that. What he did was no worse then what the rest and Peter did. All left Him. Not going to some rabbit hole but "not all that say lord lord will enter the kingdom". So many around Christ called Him lord lord master master Rabbi Rabbi.. so did Judas makes me wonder if Judas just one of those He was talking about.
I think Judas was one of those that only tasted never surrendered. Samuel comes to mind man only sees flesh/natural God sees the heart. I've only seen one heart in 62 years so.. I never can judge anyone again the same way just looking at the natural the flesh. Christ said one was lost. haha well when I typed "lost" the song said a few times "I would be lost oh lost oh lost". The song is called "I would be lost". haha haha.. yeah done now

So you think Jesus committed sin by allowing Judas to be in His ministry having not been a believer?
Being unequally yoked with unbelievers and having fellowship with darkness... is sinful.
In Jesus's classic teaching on seed time and harvest ( Mark 4:13-20 ), Jesus clearly teaches that ALL who heard the Word received it... so ALL were saved initially
But, some allowed satan to tell them things that caused the Word to be choked in their lives (they turned away from what God said to pay attention to what the devil said... just like in the Garden of Eden) and they fell away.
According to Jesus, this does not mean they were never saved.
Your translation is in error. Here is what is written in the King James Bible: And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor. He already was the traitor from the very beginning, and Christ had already said that one of them which He had chosen was "a devil" (KJV). Yet he was chosen to fulfil all prophecies. And once again we see how the modern translations attempt to mislead people.
[Mar 14:21 KJV] 21 The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.
And people choose them because they already agree with what they believe. It's easier to find a different version than wrestle with truth.

Who said anything about Jesus committing a sin? That is what you are trying to suggest, but that is just nonsense. Whatever Christ did, He did fully in righteousness. We simply need to stick to what is in Scripture. But we may not necessarily understand everything. That should not be an issue.

Many people walked with Jesus who never truly believed in him, they all walked away, Like Judas did. The only difference is,Judas sold him out for money.
