LOL not very long! I know from personal experience. I am a counselor and I have tried several times to go through a session without asking one question. LOLHow long do you think we can sustain a conversation with nothing but questions?

Why can't you make a statement as a question?

When turning a statement into a question I would have said “They have” instead of “Have they”?
Starting with “Have” is a question turning into a question.
