I have a few in that location.....one in particular....If I engage him too many times the Marine wants to come out and play and I done had a few days in time out already because of the drivel....and I like CC and my friends too much to get banned over someone peddling a false teaching invented by an ex Catholic in the 1500's

So, @jackrosie you incite the sarcasm of other users because overnight you have become the X (16 in 24 hours) queen of CC and you call them antagonistic? Passive aggressive much?
Did that come across as sarcasm? It was meant to be humorous. I know people call sarcasm humor, but if it is, it is of a type I don't care for, mostly because when people use it, they are saying something they don't mean, like saying they really love something when they hate it. I much prefer saying what I mean, straightforward, and to the point
If I recall correctly, and I do, there were several antagonizing her, several against one person for days on end. Really plain to see. She was correct in calling them antagonistic. Several against one person is not much in comparison to her red X count against them. Several went after her, that was used as a defense mechanism.

There is no need to assume something has been defeated when one does not know what it actually teaches. Those poor straw men getting beat up all the time!

More like embellishing what Calvin taught to make it more palatable...the same doctrine which he embraces and pushes on this site....

God so loved the Kosmos (whole order of things) that he sent his Son to die for the sins of the WORLD the bible states. The invisible testifies, the creation testifies so that they are WITHOUT EXCUSE. God would have ALL MEN come to repentance and be saved or come to the knowledge of the truth and he takes NO PLEASURE in the death of the wicked.
Calvinism says...
MAN A WILL be saved
MAN B WILL burn in hell and has no choice
My bible states no such foolishness!
Even JESUS had to take flesh and CHOOSE....he was GIVEN MILK AND HONEY FROM his young age to KNOW to choose the good over the evil.
Adam had a choice
Cain had a choice to repent
Joshua had a choice
Jonah had a choice
Jesus had a choice
THE angel in Revelation gives men a choice
MY BIBLE TEACHES choice......IT does not teach Calvinism's NO CHOICE VIEW....!

I started this current discussion with a posting to support blue lake's comment about truth. It was not directed to you in the first place.
You replied to that posting, to ask me various questions about my point.
I reply to your questions out of respect for you.
If you feel those replies are not agreeable in your point of view, you are free to disagree and we can move on. There is no need to express sadness for me here. I am fine no matter how you feel.
Just because you disagree with the answer, does not mean the answer to your question was not given.
If you disagree with my view, I am fine, move on.
I cannot control how you perceive me, in your own individual movie screening.
If you want to perceive me as contradictory, dishonest and critical of others, you have the right to do so, its your movie.
Again, my question to you is, does it necessary follow then that your interpretation of God's word is THE truth?

Amen. We do not the works of righteousness in order that they should save us, but the works of righteousness are the natural fruit from the one who has been saved. How can it be that we should have the triune God indwelling us and see no evidence of His presence in our lives? It's not only oxymoronic - but I submit to you impossible.
No, we are not saved because of our works; and yet, we are not saved if there are no works to follow that great miracle of new birth in Christ.
