Then you believe salvation can be lostOSAS is not biblical.....
Then you believe salvation can be lostOSAS is not biblical.....
You do not think things through, you have proven that time and time again on this very thread, saying one thing and doing another continually, and now claiming we cannot know where the unsaved end up when it is made plain in Scripture. You falsely accused me of not thinking things through..keep your opinion to yourself please.
I will answer your other question when I have researched it through scripture.
As I like to “think things through”...which you falsely accused me of not doing.
I am not sure what you mean. That didBut I didn’t say you said it came from yourself. I said you omitted the “that” from your post, which refers to the faith immediately preceding it.
Exactly commanded....he never said to them you have a choice.
Show me scripture where God said to them you have a choice?
Your right he did not say they had a choice
but in giving them an ability to sin. He gave them a choice
Adam sinned because he chose not To follow God But To disobey
If god really did not give him a choice as they claim then god would
Never give him an opportunity. Only then could it be said they had no choice
God did not say to them you have a choice.....how would they know what choice was?
He commanded them not to eat from the tree....they “chose” to ignore him.
Choice is everywhere in scripture...
17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
John 7:17
34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.
Mark 8:34
6 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
Isaiah 55:6-7
15 But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living.
But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
Joshua 24:15
'This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.'
Deuteronomy 30:19
15 "Today I am giving you a choice between good and evil, between life and death.
16 If you obey the commands of the Lord your God, which I give you today, if you love him, obey him, and keep all his laws, then you will prosper and become a nation of many people.
Deuteronomy 30:15-20
The fact that they ignored His command is indicates they had a choice.
If they had not had "choice" >>>> the ability to disobey, there would have been no need for the command from God.
I heard you say that. I’m asking what the difference is between never losing Eternal Life and never losing your Salvation? (OSAS)OSAS is not biblical.....
What is the ultimate end of salvation if not escaping the second death/attaining to life ever after to be united with God?I heard you say that. I’m asking what the difference is between never losing Eternal Life and never losing your Salvation? (OSAS)

Show me scripture where God said you have a choice?
You are using your own words..they don’t count.
What do you think Salvation is, if not Eternal Life?Does scripture say you can cannot lose salvation?
I haven’t researched that word in the bible.
I have eternal life therefore can’t lose it as that is God’s word...I can’t speak for others as I don’t know who is truly saved,x
God only holds people accountable for what they know and understand....If they didn't understand then it would not have been a sin unto them. Yet, we know that it was the first sin. They chose not to obey God and was held accountable for that sin.
Some will say, show me those exact words in the Bible or it ain't true, because they do not think things through. The point of the argument is whether they had the ability to choose... not whether God gave them a choice.
God gave them a command and they had the ability to disobey or obey.

God gave them a command and they had the ability to disobey or obey.
Not talking about that scripture.
Show me scripture where God told Adam he had a choice...then I will stand corrected...
Where did God say that to Adam and EVe...you have a choice?
I am glad you learned something valuable from me todayGod gave them a command...
Some will say, show me those exact words in the Bible or it ain't true, because they do not think things through.
Hopefully their eyes will be opened to the truth of God's eternal Living Word.
