No. But every testimony I heard including here was the believer was afraid and OSAS occurred to them or they were taught it. No one got it from the Bible. So OSAS is a cult to you?

Only OSAS adherents think this. The rest of us know you have to twist the Word, extract isolated sentences out of context and ignore large portions. Some of you even quote passages and totally ignore the conditions required of us seeing only what God does.NO ONE DOUBTS where Most of US OSAS are From, we are GROUNDED in the WORD.
The “ancients” were more clearly aware of the warnings Christ gave and the difference between their part and God’s part. The Holy Spirit doesn’t prevent falling away and never promises to which is WHY they were warned. Jesus said many would fall away from the faith and didn’t add “but they were never true believers anyway” as OSAS does. At that time OSAS theology hadn’t been invented. Are you joking?? The early Christians were incapable of doing what you accuse them of, since they had the Holy Spirit to guide them. The same applies to modern Christians.
Why do you find it necessary to continually slander other believers?
Well, you are better than most. At least you attempted to answer my question.
Note i said to not give me verses saying what we must do, BUT VERSES TELLING US WHY WE BELIEVE.
.
That Jesus did his part doesn’t mean universalism. You have not believed the Gospel... that is my point..... you have believed something else.
Paid in Full!!
You deny even Jesus's own words.
If it had said “some” of our sins then we’d know some could NEVER be forgiven. We’d have to ask which ones can never be forgiven since He provides no cleansing for some of them.I know you prefer to EARN your way... you deny the full work of Christ Jesus on the cross... He himself stated "It is finished" "paid in full"
Catholic teaching denies that Christ's sacrificial death was complete and sufficient... so yes you do line up with them.
One must KNOW the TRUTH about His death to trust in the sufficiency/completeness of His death.
I see a huge disconnect in your dogma.
“WHEN HE HAD BY HIMSELF purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.” Hebrews 1:3
It does not state "some" of our sins.
Did you that one of the apostles addressed a crowd who had rejected the Gospel as “not considering themselves WORTHY” of it? I didn’t write it, I just read and accept all of it.On what basis are you worthy of the Kingdom.
What is the benchmark for this achievement?
No. But every testimony I heard including here was the believer was afraid and OSAS occurred to them or they were taught it. No one got it from the Bible.
The plan of the OSAS Gospel is easy. Once you experience salvation (which varies between believers some not requiring repentance from sin), you are going to Heaven no matter what you do the rest of your life. That’s the plan. That’s it.No. What is plainly obvious is that I don’t understand OSAS’s plan of salvation.
I am as interested in understanding OSAS as a I am in why 2+2=5.
Not the least bit interested at all.
You are the example here of one who got personal revelation OSAS is true and have no Bible verse to back it up. I’ve asked repeatedly for WHICH VERSE God gave you and you point blank refused to answer. Even here you claim “biblically” but provide no verse. There isn’t one and I know it.I’m born again...that was testified to my spirit by God.....biblical.......I never got osas......just the latter..so I’m Heaven bound.....and no one again no one can snatch me away from Jesus...I am a child of God!.
If you are born again..then you would know you are Heaven bound.

JR, just stick to you feel it’s right and leave the “biblical” claim off. No one is termed “born agains” and the actual phrase is “born from above.”
One way to enhance your understanding of what biblical passages meant is to ask yourself, "The audience that was listening to those words when Jesus spoke to them, how would they have understood the meaning of those words?"
That is what context means. The Jews that were hearing those words from Jesus, how would they have interpreted the meaning?
Fine JR, you got a biblical testimony from “god” who used no bible verse cause there isn’t one.No I won’t.....God testified to my spirit that I am his child/born again....BIBLICAL........personal also biblical.....I will see the Kingdom of God...
So don’t dismiss what I say....because you never received from God what I did....
You deny that God testified to my spirit that I am his child?......you deny that scripture?
I suppose the idea that the Holy Spirit speaks through the Bible to us is not a paThis is one of the most important posts I have ever read on this forum. People make so many, many errors by not understanding how the ancient peoples, to whom the Scriptures were written, understood them. Unfortunately, it is an undeniable handicap of all translations. Added to this dilemma is the need people have to use a translation that is centuries old, written in a form of their language that has been obsolete for centuries.

BORN AGAIN IS BIBLICAL.
I can only encourage you to read the Bible more. It’s more humbling to learn from others (writer of the Bible) instead of proudly relying on your own personal revelation. No I won’t.....God testified to my spirit that I am his child/born again....BIBLICAL........personal also biblical.....I will see the Kingdom of God...

I find many of your post to be incoherent ...
I find your ability understand
Agreed.
Oh, John 1:12-13 .. favorites of mine.
Them: Rarely use scripture to back up what they have to say
Them: Rarely answer any questions ... more an attack and hide methodology
Them: Man is SO, SO important ... often viewing scripture from man's point of view (which is of NO MATTER) instead of God's
Them: God loves everyone so He must do this and that as man is so valuable. Never a view of God being holy and the contradiction that exists when one insists God must love those that are evil.
Them: God has to be fair (by their detorted definition of fairness)
Them: Imaginary 'prevenient grace'
Them: Ignore the depravity of man .. that NO ONE SEEKS GOD
Them: I can raise myself from the SPIRITUALLY DEAD
Them: I can force God to Adopt me (bringing new meaning to adopt)
Them: I can cause myself to be BORN AGAIN.... every other birth is from a parent
Them: God is dependent upon me for His knowledge ... He looks into the future to determine what I will do and makes decisions
Them: God is sovereign, but not in everything. Man determines who will be God children, man determines his good deeds
Them: Yes, God has Freedom ... but man is very important and his freedom to decide whom God will save is subservient.
Them: I am God's sheep. I chose my shephard
Them: Phil 1:29 ... It is granted to me to believe ... but I granted God would grant that I be granted to believe
Them: Yeah, I saved myself by my righteous act of Faith ... but that is not merit despite the dictionary definition.
Them: I am going to heaven because of my cooperation with God while others did not cooperate. But no reason to boast
Them: Eph. 2:8-9 ... yeah, well it may say that Faith is a gift from God ...but that is not true because (insert reason here)
Them: Well, Jesus died for people that will never believe ... but this was not in vain
Them: John 3:44-45,65 ... response ... some sort of isogesis
Yahda, yahda, yahda

Sorry, but this is absolutely unbiblical and untrue.
