And where did the penalty for sin that was removed come from?
The penalty (wage) of sin is death the gift f God is life

we who were dead in sin, god made alive

God told adam eat this tree, you will die (he did)

the numerous sacrifices of death which had to be given as atone, ent for sin,

I can go on and on, but do I really have to?

That doesn't answer the question, so let me ask it a little differently. Who imposed this penalty? What is this penalty a result of?

Who told adam that when he sinned he would die

who told man to sacrifice an animal as atonement for sin

who told paul the wage of sin is death

humble yourself for once my friend.

You're implying but you won't outright say it. The question is, was God pronouncing judgment in the garden or making a statement of fact?

Really?

he made a statement of fact

in the moment you eat of this tree, you will surely die

he and all mankind died the moment adam sinned

God made a statement of fact, and when mankind tested Gods resolve and sinned, God carried out the penalty

Statement of fact, good. Prior to eating the fruit did Adam and Eve have a conception of sin?

Does it matter?

did they or did they not die the moment they ate of the tree?

did the penalty occure, or did God go back on his judgemt.

do you think Adam thought it would be ok, when God said no?

Ps, statment of fact that was carried out the moment the sin occured

please do not post half of what I post.

It absolutely matters. We'll get to why eventually I hope. But for the moment indulge me, did they have a conception of sin and death when God made His statement of fact?

Romans 5:12
[ Death in Adam, Life in Christ ] Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned

I do not think Paul was confused, and I agree with Paul

This sounds like "imparted" righteousness rather than imputed righteousness.

I'm not sure whether there's a theological concept for it or not. All I know is that the righteousness worked in us is in fact righteousness and not the mere accounting of righteousness.

god made a statement of fact

and when Adam sin, he carried out his promise

its no different than anyone who breaks the law.

the penalty Of sin is death that’s the statement God made to Adam, and he makes the same statement to us

the wage of sin is death, the gift of God is eternal life

So your perfect? Sinless? And will be until you die?

Actually, it is. Men have a concept of justice that includes incompetence as a valid defense. Is man's justice better than God's?

God told adam not to do something and if he did he will die

was Adam so flawed he could not understand no means no?

and if so, how can God pronounce judgment on adam if Adam had no possible understanding of no means no? Is God an unfair God.?

or did a God say adam, you can eat of every tree. But this one, you can not earn or you will die

when Adam did what he KNEW was wrong, did Adam not die?
