Lordship salvation is basically that a believer will be growing in righteousness consistently or they are not saved.
One looks to oneself for evidence of salvation.
Also to be saved one must turn from and stop spinning.
Is is basically an extension of Calvin's ideas.

"Sinning" not spinning

Spinning only makes you dizzy unless you know to spot like a dancer then you will be fine.

Yeah the perfectionist me hates it....but it can be quite comical and I am certainly able to laugh at myself ...force of necessity I think since .... I do have a knack for getting myself into comical situations.

Boy, that brings back memories.... Not the spotting though. I never actually formally learned to dance.... Any kind of dance. Little circles every now and then....

Learning to spot is essential for spinning unless wants to throw up.on stage ....:)

I learned more classical dance...not so impressed with the messy, not much finesse movements of hip hop now a days.

I enjoy the classical far more that's for certain. I have a certain fondness for tap dancing, however. I'm not certain if that is to my shame or not.

Thinking back now hip hop has actually been around a long time too... didn't really like it back then either.

I honestly can't speak to that. I never got into the whole music video scene, and didn't really follow a hip hop crowd. Break dancing was a serious thing in high school, and I appreciated the specific challenge of its form, but as a kind of dancing I never really felt like it blended with the music.

So How are you obedient to these VERSES:

Ephesians 5:17-21 (NIV)
17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.
18 Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.
19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord,
20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.


Before I was Born Again, I used to say that there are only two kinds of music: COUNTRY and WESTERN.

Since I have been Born Again, I recognize that their are only Two Kinds of Music: CHRISTIAN and Non-Christian.

My own view is that there are many types of music that can touch one's heart.

I asked a perfectly reasonable question, and then provided you two songs by my Favorite Gospel Singer.
