I mentioned recently that I had been fortunate enough to identify Robin of Loxley, also known as Robin Hood. Over the years I have read pages of material from professors and academics, all highly acclaimed in their own field of expertise, Professor Holt perhaps being the one most people have heard of. How anyone can write about an unknown person is beyond me, nobody knew who he was or even if he existed, never mind publishing books and papers about him. Anyway, he has been identified and every word they ever wrote was false. This is similar.

How about this you come to the right conclusion that saved means saved, and the God gives eternal life when a person believes and is
they are born from above... one belief in the Jesus the object of said faith who keeps his promises.

Then maybe then you would be not make scripture state something it does not actually mean.

Three times in 2:24 John mentions the term “abide" to the true doctrine of Jesus Christ to enable them to abide in fellowship with God. Such faithfulness enables us to continue to abide in fellowship with God. Again, abiding refers to remaining or continuing in intimate fellowship God.

Sad all you can see are warnings about losing salvation (does not exist) .... which means you miss the greater bulk of the truth.
Basic concept "abide" is not about maintaining salvation.

YES, he is NOT saying that Angels have a special languages of their own, all he is emphasizing, when Angels spoke to men, they had a eloquence, and they had an BOLDNESS, as ONE WHO SPEAKS FROM THEE AUTHORITY, that it commanded attention. So even with that, without LOVE, it is just a BIG NOISE.

i disagree with them, but then again, neither of us believe that person is saved. The difference is I believe they were never saved to begin with.

as for these other types. They mock these believers by claiming to be just like them (if you stop believing you will lose salvation) because when you get down to it, they speak constantly of sin, lack of obedience, of falling away, of backsliding, things which are terms used by those who work for salvation, which is completely different for. Saying a child went to God, said here God I no longer want this, thank you, but no thank you. They did not fall away, backslide, anything, they just gave it back

AMEN and NO MATTER how they slice and dice...that particular view absolutely calls JESUS a liar.......THEY absolutely reject JESUS finishing and completing the work of faith in us....
JESUS -->begins, finishes completes the work of faith in us

The Liars ----> JESUS begins, does not finish, does not complete the work of faith in us, we MUST maintain FAITH

They are deceivers and what they peddle devalues JESUS, his promises and is sickening and IMV is akin to saying JESUS is not GOD.....

Do you know that the word CHURCH was not in the Bible at all, it was added to the definition of ekklêsia about 200 A.D., because that was what congregations were calling themselves.

HERE IS THE WORD THAT JESUS AND THE DISCIPLES ACTUALLY USED:

Matthew 16:18 (YLT)
18 `And I also say to thee, that thou art a rock, and upon this rock I will build my assembly, and gates of Hades shall not prevail against it;

Yes the word actually means ASSEMBLY, the EXACT SAME WORD, that HE called the O.T. ASSEMBLY.

O.T. ASSEMBLY - The True Believers of the O.T. Times, Believed GOD would send a Messiah to pay for their Sins.

N.T. ASSEMBLY - The True Believer of the N.T. Times, Believe that GOD did send the Messiah to pay for our Sins.

Is that NOT the SAME FAITH, the Faith of Abraham?

Those are the TWO FOLDS that will become the ONE FLOCK at the Rapture.

The N.T. ASSEMBLY, did not begin until the Day of Pentecost, after HIS Ascension, so here, is Jesus talking to the Last of the O.T. ASSEMBLY.

John 10:14-16 (HCSB)
14 “I am the good shepherd. I know My own sheep, and they know Me,
15 as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. I lay down My life for the sheep.
16 But I have other sheep [N.T. Assembly] that are not of this fold [O.T. Assembly]; I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice. Then there will be one flock, one shepherd [At the Rapture].

That being the Case, is not the O.T. ASSEMBLY, also IN THE MESSIAH, not just the N.T. ASSEMBLY IS ? ? ?

Those who TRULY Believed GOD would send a MESSIAH to pay for their Sins, would have to be the first ones out of the GRAVE in the Rapture? Before you answer that, HOW TRUE DO YOU BELIEVE THIS VERSE ACTUALLY IS?


Malachi 3:6 (HCSB)
6 “Because I, Yahweh, have not changed,
you descendants of Jacob have not been destroyed.

HE only SAVES ONE WAY, both O.T. Assembly, and N.T. Assembly, are Both SAVED by GRACE through FAITH.

why dont we do this? ive never done it have you guys? has any church ever done it? am i misunderstanding the verse or is it saying what it looks like its saying and that no one including me has ever obeyed this verse lolz

the church of Jerusalem was the first church, there was no denominational churches back then, in fact the were called the churches of Christ, (not to be confused wi5 the church of Christ)

Jesus identified his disciples as the church twice in the present tense lobg before the 50th day....Play ststion is a Pentecostal and like they ALL DO, erroneously believe the church was started on Pentecost......

Interesting. I thought he was saying angels have a special language. Could that still be a possibly? Thanks for the link on the study you did on the gift of tongues. Definitely interesting.
