Jesus says correct the sin in ones brothers life, and if rejected, reject them.
Jesus will do as we do on earth on His behalf.

A righteous holy pure place like heaven and its kingdom, for some unknown reason to sinners, will lovingly ignore their sin and rebellion and accept them open armed with the phrase

Our works will never get us in the right place. Only faith can do that
as the hymn goes, Jesus paid it all
deductive reasoning - if you are alive, you can die, so you need to do things to stay alive. If you are dead, there is nothing you need to do because you do not exist.
So those who need to do nothing in their relationship with Jesus, do not have one.
Relationships only exist because you can distinguish between a good or evil relationship.
What are we commanded to do as our first commandment
Deut 6:5
"Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength"
One has to be brain dead, to know a God who asks this of us, will be ok with a dead relationship.
God will just ignore the dead as not being alive - weeping and gnashing of teeth

problem with works salvation people is they think too highly of themself. ego too big. i hate that sneak dissing as they say in hip hop game. i dont know the real word for it.but it means like you dont say it straight you disrespect in a sneaky sly way. they do it to us all the time by saying and "exhorting" us to whatever. speaking like apostles basically implying we are living in willful sin day in day out and are like the devil but they are holy men of God teaching us spiritual peasants whats what.
I feel very sad for anyone who can only do work that is disgusting "bloody rags".
To such I would suggest they need to experience some real faith, real cleansing and renewal so the works they can do in Christ are works to His glory and praise.

For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
God did not create us to do things that people will see and call dirty bloody rags, things of disgust and impurity, but things of honour, service and love to the praise of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen
