Eternally Grateful doesn't believe that continuing to believe is required. Because according to him you would then continue to thirst again (Post 117,993). So no, you don't all agree.
Eternally Grateful said a believer doesn’t stop believing.

I could care less about what anyone says....
JESUS BEGINS, Finishes AND COMPLETES the work of faith in us.
ANY and ALL gospels that state we can lose faith to the point of LOSING salvation absolutely, 100% DENIES the above verse and makes JESUS into a LYING INEPT clown that cannot keep his word.
ONCE he DEALS faith as a GIFT in MEASURE and it is received and taken hold of by acknowledging JESUS as the Savior and sacrifice for SINS it is a done DEAL....HE WILL, NOT MIGHT, but rather WILL finish and complete it in US.....
and the bible also answer these fools and clowns that say we can walk away, lose faith and lose salvation....
IF we BECOME FAITHLESS, HE abides FAITHFUL because HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF..... <---THE APOSTLE includes HIMSELF in this EQUATION and FAITHLESS is FAITHLESS regardless how one spins it....
THESE jokers that say WE must maintain it or lose salvation absolutely DENY JESUS and the word of GOD by their stance
Lets look at that EXACT scripture according to the AMPLIFIED TRANSLATIONThe scripture says “everyone who is born of God overcomes the world”. Not some do and some don’t.

DCONS whole premise of: If we are faithless He is faithful is based on the wrong premise. It was addressed but He refused to look. He is misunderstanding this.Jesus begins and finishes it. That is why salvation is of the Lord

4 For [b]everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].

Salvation is not over a life time....therefore this "continued belief for salvation" is an argument we should be responding to.. it is a false premise.
There is a vast difference between these two statements
b. Those who are saved will continue to believe.

Actually, its the other way around: Those who continue to believe are saved.
Believe is before saved. The whole of scripture supports this.Which is first? Saved or continue to believe? I have saved first. If our salvation is based on our faithfulness, we’re all in trouble
