I believe that is true but it depends on how one confesses. I know from experience how being very scrupulous about confessing sin is not good for you. Keep balance in mind. Also see Ecclesiastes 7:16-18.

The bible also says we should confess to one another. We have ti be transparent. Otherwise we tend to hold ou sins in, And eventually if our sin becomes a serious issue. We hide it.

that would be impossible. I do not think we an know every sin we commit in a day let alone a month..lol. We can’t confess sins we do not know.
