What I have been saying is no different than someone saying adultery is a sin. I stated a general principle of the Bible. You are concerned only with winning a debate, and have no regard for truth, so it is easy for you to lie to accomplish your goals.

Hardly. You posted repeatedly that fruit is the proof one's salvation is genuine. And since "fruit" is the proof, that is your litmus test.

Hey, if I could live this way every moment of each day, am sure my life would be much better. 😉

I am quoting what Paul says we have and can be by the Spirit filled life. An overcomer. It's a good thing that grace also means unmerited favor. But, this does not mean freedom to choose sinful acts. Which at times budman, it sounds like what you are portraying.

What individuals does it apply to? Whose fruit specifically was I inspecting? Or was I just stating a scriptural principle.

James spoke all over in the first two chapters about testing yourself your faith your patience etc etc

He was telling the individuals to test their own faith

Was it real or was it just a claimed faith

If I say I have faith but I am a heater not a doer (works) . I better be open to the fact I probably never had faith and need to challenge my pride and repent before its too late

Does God need proof before he saves someone fully?

Anyone who reads back on this thread can easily see I certainly did not. You "genuine salvation" test is fruit. And that applies to individuals. You're simply getting upset because your arguments are getting so easily refuted.

HE's not talking about God seeing the evidence. God knows our hearts better than we do.

It applies to everyone. That is what general means. IT is not inspecting anyone, it is stating a general principle. In other words, YOU and OTHERS LIED. The Flesh lies, not the Spirit. You should sit down now.

Yep. That's the standard. Problem is, we don't always live up to it.
