Hebrews does indicate that under the new covenant the old priesthood is inferior and done away with because of a better sacrifice and a High Priest with no beginning or ending that ministers eternally within the sancutary/Holiest of holies? And when this happens the Levitical Priesthood and their duties cease on the behalf of men

Consequently his application of "Holiness" is wrong; Holiness is a "once for all occurrence" and a, "life long "pursuit" of the believer." Holiness is not something that supports the heresy of "sinless perfectionism."
