Sinners are separated from Him? Then what was the point of Him dying on the cross FOR AND WITH SINNERS??
GodsGrace, may I ask what part of my post you disagree with?

I see you got another orange cat avatar. You must like those. I should get another one, but its hard to find RIGHT SIZE. I didnt realize my current one is a CRUSADER SHIELD, which i dont mind a bit of crusading here and there, but im no fan of the catholic church so I want to change.GodsGrace, may I ask what part of my post you disagree with?
You misunderstand the word blasphemy.
Blasphemy is to speak against another in a demeaning or derogatory way.

I see the deceiving, law breaker is back giving me thumbs down again...even though she is here against the rules and a fraud......HAHHA gotta love the working for, self saving religionists that claim Christ and obedience, but walk contrary on every turn.....
Yes, and she gave me a red X because apparently she disagrees with me that Jesus died for and with sinners..
Paul uses hyperbole about understanding ALL mysteries and ALL knowledge and having faith that can move mountains yet having NO love to stress the importance of love. Faith works through love (Galatians 5:6), but we are saved through faith, not faith plus love, as if we could perform enough acts of love to merit eternal life.
Love is the greater quality of the three because God is love and it outlasts them all and long after faith and hope are no longer necessary, love will still be the governing principle that controls everything that God and His saints are and do. We won't need faith and hope in heaven. All genuine BELIEVERS love Christ. Why? Because we have received the love of God in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us (Romans 5:5) when we believed the gospel (Ephesians 1:13). We love Him because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).
The comparison of the human spirit and faith converges around their modes of operation. The spirit (Greek pneuma) may also be translated "breath." As a breathless body emits no indication of life, so fruitless faith exhibits no indication of life. The source of the life in faith is not works; rather, life in faith is the source of works (Ephesians 2:5-10).
Many "nominal" Christians talk the talk, but genuine BELIEVERS/those who are born of God walk according to His commands out of love. 1 John 4:7 - Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
Who are you to judge my WALK? Stop TALKING and FALSELY ACCUSING and start BELIEVING.
You do A LOT of TALKING. 1 Thessalonians 1:5 - For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.
Yes, and she gave me a red X because apparently she disagrees with me that Jesus died for and with sinners..
Amen! What are you talking about? I asked you to do two things:
Once again:
List all of the things we have to do to remain saved.
Then list the things that will cause us to lose our salvation.
And don't answer with the usual, vague "obey the commands/doctrine of Jesus", I want you to be specific.
Because I can bet you this, you won't come out smelling like a rose when your Law heavy, pharisaical requirements get thrown back on you.
So perfection is your answer,Answered. Obey Jesus Christ: The truth.
Jesus is the truth.
Everything that comes out of His mouth is the truth.
His Gospel
His Commandments
His Doctrine
That’s my answer.
I know you don’t like it.
But my answer is the truth.
Now please answer my question, that you have so far, avoided.
Which of His Commandments do you disobey
No other god’s.
Worshiping graven images
Taking His name in vain.
Dishonoring your mother and father.
Murder.
Adultery.
Stealing.
Lying.
Covetousness.

I guess no one will be saved then, because if we say we have no sin we ar decievs (the apostle john)Can a person be saved by disobeying Christ?
JPT
The funny thing......people who believe in grace through faith are some of the most merciful people and the exact opposite is true of those who peddle works and or some level of salvic obedience.....vindictive, no mercy, walk contrary more often then not and hold grudges..........amazing.......
Blasphemy goes much deeper than this, and jesus said only blasphemy of the spirit will never be forgivenYou misunderstand the word blasphemy.
Blasphemy is to speak against another in a demeaning or derogatory way.

So perfection is your answer,
Who can fulfill those requirments? In fact, who has, other than christ?
Belief (faith) means one has an assurance, a trust, a faith in someone or something, nothing else. .it is based on a hope of things which are not seen, and it comes from hearing the word.Christ said to believe in Him.
as in a mental activity , as the word is DEFINED .
words have definitions. you have no authority to change them.
I do share a lot of scripture and I preach the gospel a lot, which is not the same as rambling on and falsely accusing believers, as you do. You can say what you want, but I’m not the one who was banned and returned to Christian Chat against forum rules.QUOTE: "You do A LOT of TALKING"
Do you even notice what you're saying? Go check your post and compare it to what i posted. Thanks anyway and God bless.
...If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. 1 Timothy 6:3-5
Christ said to believe in Him.

No one is perfext, or will be perfect until we are in heaven,No one....and the funny thing "sic" they will take the word perfect which means complete and or mature and will equate it to our vision and or version of perfect.........and that is not what it means.......When God instructs us to go on to perfection he is telling us to go on to maturity.....but hey.....par for the course around here....POST valid, honest definitions of words and get thumbs, down, red x's and arguments.......
This is a general observation from experience, but I think there is truth to it...
We (salvation by grace through faith apart from works) are offended, which is not personal, because we know it is a insult to the work of Christ Jesus , the workers for salvation (as stated below) take personal insult and offense.
"Works are part of the salvation economy God has put into practice for mankind"
Of course it becomes personal and they become vindicative, they are personally invested in acquiring their own salvation from beginning to end.![]()
