Hebrews 12:6 - For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives. 7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.

What sins were forgiven on the cross.

I know you posted a verse about sins under the first covenant but what about the new covenant?
When Jesus said it is finished what did he mean?
What sins were forgiven?

When believers sin,they(we) need to deal with it PERIOD.

I suspect noone here ministers to believers in strongholds. You have to be walking in Holiness to help such people.[/FONT]

You must have fell out of the dishonesty tree and hit every limb on the way down....or maybe you do not understand plain English......several answered and even my statement answered...wow!

One thing that amazes me most about those who push works, sinless perfectionism etc. the most is the simple fact that they are the most dishonest people on this site.....what does that really say about their belief system and or religious push....
 
I am thinking at this point we are pretty much seeing that Holiness in our walk is not a salvation issue,and that waling in Holiness is in no way threatening salvation doctrine as it is two separate entities.

And that is what I totally agree with and said. I said we need people to come alongside those with strongholds.
Fight the battle with them.
The battle is to break down the stronghold.

You are reframing things.

Separating walking Holy with some aversion to it being a threat to the free gift of grace.

Neither one is dishonest. That is just another aversion. (go after one's integrity).

But hey,it gets likes doesn't it?

The proof is in the pudding and ALL who have eyes can see exactly how you operate and the dishonesty that pours from your statements......you push all this holiness and YET yourself cannot admit your own sinful ways when called on it in a public forum....just like above...several answered and yet you tell JOE no one answered.....tragic indeed
