There is only one sin that causes people to be condomned by God. That is the rejection of Jesus. Any other sins shall be forgiven by accepting Jesus as our savior!!
Amen to that.....

What completely blows my mind is God knowing the end from the begining still created the universe knowing that as Jesus he would have to suffer and die as the Lamb of God. He loved the people He created with free will so much He did that. Therefore all who accept His sacrifice are Children of God!!
Do you want that lasagna sealed or unsealed.......![]()
There is a contrast here between servants/slaves. There are only two kinds of servants/slaves in this world, in the spiritual sense; servants/slaves of sin unto death, or servants/slaves of obedience unto righteousness.Romans 6:16, “Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves servants for obedience, you are servants of the one whom you obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?”
Acts 5:29, “And Kepha and the other emissaries answering, said, “We have to obey Yah rather than men.”
There is a contrast here between servants/slaves. There are only two kinds of servants/slaves in this world, in the spiritual sense; servants/slaves of sin unto death, or servants/slaves of obedience unto righteousness. When we place our faith exclusively in Christ for salvation/believe the gospel by trusting in His finished work of redemption as the All-sufficient means of our salvation, we then become "servants of obedience unto righteousness."
Being slaves of sin is put in the past tense. Paul goes on in Romans 6:18 - "You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."
Notice in Romans 10:10 - For with the heart one believes unto righteousness..
Notice in Romans 4:5 - But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith (not works) is accounted for righteousness.

So is it require or optional to follow what Yahshua/Jesus said to do?
1 Yahanan /John 2:3-7, “And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands. The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Yah has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command which you have had from the beginning. The old command is the Word which you heard from the beginning.”
John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

Agreed. One sentence covers this subject.
We are not saved by works of righteousness, but we are saved UNTO works of righteousness (Eph 2:8-10).
He is Roman Catholic and defends the indefensible heretical dogmas of the apostate church.NO WAY....we are just getting started......how about your view?
Yesterday, a nurse practioner came to my home from my insurance co. And we got into a discussion almost immediately, and not started by me. A bit shocked I was. Lol
She was intelligent, and I think seeking for truth. And wasn't one you could just give the 4 spiritual laws, and lead in a prayer.
The only one in her family not involved in ministry, brother and parents all pastors.
And she had questions. These debates in this particular thread helped because I've learned so much from others points of view.
So this is not a thread that's without merit. We don't know who all has been reading, and searching for truth. Searching for Jesus.

Obedience/guarding His commands is not forced or legalistic for genuine believers. Rejecting Christ and not guarding His words is descriptive of unbelievers, not believersSo is it require or optional to follow what Yahshua/Jesus said to do?

I just watched "Spotlight" the other day, telling the true story of the Boston Globe newspaper investigative team that broke the story of one hundred and forty nine pedophile priests within the city of Boston being allowed to continually abuse children in their care, while the higher ups within the RCC hierarchy paid off lawyers, destroyed official court documents, intimidated parents of abused children, and shuffled the offenders around to hide the truth of what was going on. It was kind of surreal...That satanic religion has taken untold millions to the proverbial gates of hell.......
