All babies and children who don't know right from wrong yet will be saved if they die before choosing evil over good. There by Jesus died for all, but knew who would choose evil and those would not be called. Knowing who would be good or evil allows God to keep the ones who will grow up evil to grow and choose. Also God can put only good children in harms way to prevent evil ones from being saved. At least that's the way I look at it.

Uhhh, why are you asking for reservations? Your name was written in the Lamb's Book of Life from before the creation of the world.

Soooooo, if there are names that were not written in this Book before the creation of the world, then that also means there are names that were written in that Book from before the creation of the world.

No need to ask for your reservation, God took care of that before He said, "Let there be light..."

Because they have decided that trusting in the gospel is a work of the damnable works gospel. I have asked repeatedly for the scripture that says this, and of course, they produce none because there is none. The best they can come up with is if you yourself do the trusting that is fake believing/trusting. But they have not been able to explain how our believing/trusting was not fake believing and a work of self righteousness when we first started it, just that it is now if we think we have to continue doing that believing/trusting to continue to be saved. It's a very odd doctrine.

And this is exactly what I've said, too. The fundamental argument over OSAS all boils down to whether or not the believer can really stop believing. And I, like you, don't think it's worth going to fist-a-cuffs over because those who are sure they will never stop believing because they can't stop believing will find out for themselves when their hour of trial in their garden of Gethsemane comes if it's possible to stop believing or not.

Of course, this excludes H-grace adherents (whose doctrine we are not allowed to discuss) because they are sure if they do stop believing--in complete contradiction to the insistence that the true believer will never stop believing--they will still be saved despite their unbelief. That is the sad place that the church has come to in these end times.

The power of salvation is in the gospel not in your believing, but that hardly makes it so you do not have to believe. Paul said it is the power of salvation for those who believe. That's the part you and I do in salvation. Believing is how you access the power of salvation that does the saving.

That's why believing/trusting is not a self-righteous work as you folks are claiming. Believing simply accesses Christ's work in salvation. Accessing Christ's work in salvation through faith is hardly a works gospel. In fact, that's the very definition of the gospel--being saved, and remaining saved, by accessing Christ's work in salvation through faith.

Be a "David". I think joe fizz already spoke about this in a post. The name David means burning hot love. That's all we need and even this is given to us by being filled with Holy Spirit. His great love for us will keep us in the fire burning for Him.

This is the duplicity that I've been challenging in this thread. On one hand you tell me to "be a David", but I'm being told that if I seek to do that I'm trying to earn my salvation. But then you turn right around and say I don't have to seek to be a David because "His great love for us will keep us...burning for Him".

dcontroversal i think many can mean alll u see.... example: daniel 12:2 i think all will be resurrected. Jesus i think mentions this in john 5:28-29 and he says all u see.
 
Phart u keep talking about continue to believe n tings but i dont know how u can stop believing?????? i have tried many times u see....... i havent succeeded. so im living proof of God holding on to us and keeping us u see.

but also doesnt the bible teach that its God that gifts us the faith????? i think i remember reading it somewhere u see.
