John 3
6For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Knowing not what world I wake to... I leave something we all agree on as a reminder that GOD loves us and through His Son we may be saved by believing the Truth and come to the light.
Let us have Grace, Love and Truth of GOD always through our Lord and Saviour.
Peace to you all.
The verb tense of John 3:16 as applied to---->is having everlasting life....speaks volumes.......

Do we become righteous because Jesus give us His righteousness or are we seen as righteous because Jesus is our advocate before the Father?
Is Justification imparted or imputed?
There re are no conditions in grace, there are only conditions in works
the law had conditions, live a perfect life without sin, or suffer the curse (death)
grace removes that curce curse because the lamb of God suffered that curse in our place,
sanctification has conditions, if we want to grow in Christ and replace the reward temporally and spiritually that comes with it, we must abide, failure to abide brings chastening and loss of blessing and rewards,
salvation is not a reward that can be purchased by fulfilling certain conditions, it was paid in fill by the cross.
Our calling is sure. someone once said if you are losing hope tie a not at the end of your rope and hold on. This is worldly wisdom and makes as much sense as the people who say keep believing in Jesus or you will lose your salvation.
"He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not because of our own works, but by His own purpose and by the grace He granted us in Christ Jesus before time eternal." 2Timothy1:9
Trust in God not your wonderful works.
You can say ALL of this and yet it does not change the fact that you said...
a. The cross of Christ is not enough
b. The imputed righteousness of Christ is a neat little trick that does not work
BOTH statements negate anything you have said or say.....a saved child of God would not say such things.....why cannot you understand that simple truth.....!
The reason for saying these things was to demonstrate your heresy.
For thousands of years believers knew our response perfected Jesus's sacrifice which you deny.
Jesus washed us clean and made us whole, except you live in unbelief, needing Jesus to replace
you. We rather are new creations perfected in the Holy Spirit.
Thank you for pointing this out and thereby showing what real faith and response is. I could not
have asked for a better intro.

Everlasting life is life that goes on forever.
So you only know it is not everlasting when it ends.
Notice until the like are opened, all looks the same.
Afterwards there is no debate.
The reason for saying these things was to demonstrate your heresy.
And instead of accomplishing your objective you've displayed only your own heresy.

Any person who preaches the cross is not enough, and that the imputed righteousness of Christ is a neat little trick that doesn't work ought to be banned immediately from any Christian site.
If any person stepped into our church and preached this heresy they'd be cast out.
I heard that...they would be stopped mid sentence, removed from the pulpit and escorted to the door......and told get right or don't come back......I cannot imagine a "so called" believer saying that.....still shake my head at that one...the other one as well....
Preach it Precher!Yet another attempt at eloquence yet the above remains absolutely senseless? Yes, absolutely yes.
I literally weep and am livid at this assault, not only by him and others like him, but by MANY in Christendom attacking the Gospel and leading others astray!!!
Enough is enough!
