Then what is "lawlessness" according to your interpretation. Wormwood is the curse too those who practice lawlessness in scripture. Wouldn't this be the curse spoken of by the apostolic writings?
When I take hold of the commandments I have joy that they are their for my correction. What do you rely on to find correction if not the writings and prophets, or the Torah of Elohim do you only make use of the renewed covenant writings? How do you accomplish this when the apostolic writings point to the Torah, Writings, and prophets?

Sin and death have already been defeated. That is what our Lord and Savior did for us. Faith is believing that God did what He said He did. It is not defeated by you or I, our action or inaction. When you focus on God and His Glory and the life that can now be lived because of what He did, you will find peace and rest.
Awesome scripture out of context to prove an invalid point....the negative aspect is directed at the LOST...of the which I am not....

Why does it bother you I call Messiah Yahshua? It just means more to me. It literally means Yah Saves. Jesus if you are honest doesn't mean anything besides maybe Nashamesh. Use Jesus if you want I'm not gonna try to change your mind about this. It has no bearing on salvation.
What matters is that we worship YHWH in spirit and in truth.

Doesn't bother me, just making the observation that you probably part of the Hebrew roots movement.
.when Jesus comes again, he will give us all new names and tell us his new name. So doesn't really bother me what people call Jesus.
.what bothers me is that you seem to be against teachings that state that salvation is by faith alone.
An error many Hebrew roots movements make because they attempt to enslave people to the law, the old feasts, etc.
Makes me think of the Pharisees and Sadducees and how they came out of the wood work to bum rush and gang up on Paul....funny how one assumes a posted verse out of context will cause one to be convicted....though all the workers for be gathered against me, accuse me, lie, embellish, attack, twist what I say and step into a situation they have no clue about...I will never buckle under nor surrender to their fallacies and or uncalled for diatribe...

Even Satan can quote scriptures so unless you can tell him what you mean by posting them, you open it up for miscommunication and misunderstanding of your intent.

There are some who do this however there are many more who keep them out of love for Messiah and God. I'm one of them and will Never deny Messiah or the Father after coming to the richness of the word and good works ordained for us to walk in,(by faith)
