The Law does not pass away, but I pass away, and by death I am freed from the Law.
"Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead [have died] to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to Another, even to Him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God" (Romans 7:4).
To say we still have the moral law is again to diminish the work of Christ, we cannot half die, we die completely in Him to be raised completely in Him to a new life, new identity.
The Sermon on the Mount is legal in character and its purpose was condemnatory.
The commands in the dispensation of grace are such.... there are many but I think this really summarizes,
"As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, SO WALK YE IN HIM" (Col. 2:6)
When we walk in Him we have a love relationship, what law is there against love?
This is the correct lens in the dispensational age of Grace

you have not seem me go against Calvinism, I can get pretty nasty if I do not hold myself in check or someone does not get my attention, you could say I violently defend free will,

Since you are not truly prefect in soul and flesh, you are not filled with the Spirit, but of the spirit of antichrist...your pride in your obedience and your own power has exalted itself over the Jesus that was probably once in you...any spirit that exalts itself over Christ Jesus is a spirit of antichrist....
Now I would recommend you tone it down a notch and come back to your first love, which is not the fact you are clean, but to the one who made you clean...
There is no Fruit in the spirit in you, because your words are flesh and they profit nothing, only word the Spirit can give life and his words are life and Spirit.
I would take that judgemental spirit and use it as a mirror...

i Daniel 2' Daniel fought for the lives of those who would kill him, and got their lives spared,
in dan 3, the very people who Daniel saved could not wait to have Daniels people killed, by exposing his three friends,
god dos not wish even his enemy to be killed, he wants them saved, by love, even though he knows they would kill him in a heartbeat. (Which they did the first time they could) yet see Jesus reply? Forgive them father,
now when when it came to defending the gospel from people who claim to be people of god, Jesus defended it at all costs, he held no punches back

Too many people have reason to fear their parents or certain adults in the worldly sense of fear (sadly many kids have been abused by people with earthly authority over them) and don't understand what godly fear is.
Godly fear another way of respecting God and His will.
I have found that as my fear/respect of God grows, my fear of the world and what it can do to me diminishes...if that makes sense.
For example, God tells me to step out of my comfort zone and talk to someone new that I don't know. Or today to step out of the expected behavior as I served communion and give some one who had tears in her eyes a hug.
I have had God move in my heart before but I was always afraid of what people would think or how others would judge me.
However, I am learning most people don't bother thinking about me at all and the laws of "correct behavior" is not as legalistic as i have been lead to believe.
I know some people needs an extra hug because for one lady, her son commuted suicide two years ago.
So God has taught me to "fear" what will happen if I don't listen to Him more than what the world might do to me if I do listen to His leading.
.I know it may seem a small thing for most people but God leads me to trust Him with baby steps.

The law exists to show us and identify our complete depravity and our failure to obey it.
It is perfect and Holy, that is why we fail at it 100% of the time. It is a perfect tutor to point us to Christ, to Mercy and Grace and Peace.
It is not a piece meal law (moral, sacrificial, dietary etc), sectioned off and then applied to us in different stages throughout our Christian walk. It is the complete law, holy and perfect, yet it is an Old Covenant. Christ came to establish a New Covenant.
If we choose to jump about in both, then we minimize the magnificence of the Old and the magnitude of the New.
And if we think we are righteous through the law, Christs death was for nothing.
Galations 2:21
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Meggido....I still don't understand this part and believe it may be key in his whole theology...
I think he has two levels of "sin"...truthfully don't have the time to figure out his theology at this point in my life, but I don't think he teaches sinless perfection.
He doesn't believe in imputed righteousness of Christ and defines the word "Faith" as obedience, which tells me it will take hours of conversation to figure out where he got those ideas from.

How did you get that from G777 post?

If you don't have moral law, why does God chastens you?
How do you know what is walking with the spirit versus walking in the flesh of you don't learn God's moral laws?
How do you discern good and evil?

What proves these "works and law" people are wrong is David who committed adultery and use murder as a cover it up; and yet, God considered him a man after His own heart; why? because God gave him is righteousness for the asking like God gives us for the asking through Jesus.
We are all free to choose what we do, but like David we are not free from the consequences of our choices, but our sin was paid for if you are not trying to earn salvation with the law and works. Those who don't accept the gift of salvation as God intended it, they are not meeting God on His terms, and that is to their own spiritual peril. They can't say we didn't warn them on CC! I am sure they heard it at church too. No one dies a spiritual death blind folded.
To fear the lord is knowledge,,,,,,,,,, are you forgetting that scripture which seems to be the general pattern of the workers against... your the cake takers if you ask me..Fear has to do with punishment. That is Scripture! Why do you fear being punished? There is now no condemnation in Christ Jesus. That is Scripture also. If you want to do it your way, you will suffer. There are new Worship Chorus out by Hillsong and Lauren Daigle and others that talk about God moving the mountains or not moving the mountain in our life...
I am making comments about after salvation here...
Grace alone movements loves this song and then they teach that God will move the mountain...
Truth says that Jesus taught WE must speak to the mountain and the mountains will move....[Matt 21]
Grace and truth say that through empowering Grace and blended with my personal faith I speak to the mountain and the mountain must move...
We see this in 1 Sam 17 in the story of David and Goliath....
Everyone was talking ABOUT Goliath, it was David who talked TO Goliath....
Thanks to the cancer in the body the word of faith movement made, we stopped talking about true confession of the word and now grace alone tells people God's got it and the burden is never removed, the yoke is never destroyed and the life is never changed...
we still have thousands who then go home after a milkshake and diet bread sticks, begging God to do something about things and God is like....I never told you I would move YOUR mountain by my grace alone....My truth says that you have to blend my empowering grace with your own personal faith and use your voice and speak to the mountains and giants and the mountain will move and the giants will fall and be beheaded....
Grace alone post salvation continues to declare that saving grace does it all....not true, Titus 2..1-15 says empowering grace is a teacher, and that you now have to pick up sword, pick up your shield, put on your battle boots, your helmet, your breastplate and fight the good fight of faith, endure hardship,....this is not works to maintain salvation, this is the duty of a good solder of Jesus Christ...who was bought and paid for by the shed Blood of Jesus Christ and not working to maintain what the gave, but working to make disciples and destroy the works of the enemy their lives, so they can show other show do it and it is repeated....
The promise of the new covenant is obtained through grace and faith and truth and ratified by the shed blood of Jesus Christ and is not based on anything we do....post salvation then requires you to enter into rest through doing your part, while God has already done his...

I pray that God heals your asthma; my wife has it too, but we are healed with His stripes and His body was broken for our healing; be healed in Jesus name. If it is delayed wait for it; His delays are not necessarily denials. In the mean time, like Paul said "His grace is enough for us."
