You need to follow your own advice. How many times have you called me a liar, slanderer in this thread? You've done the same to @Sackcloth-N-Ashes and @Fastfredy0 as well. Both have called you on it.

Neither, as far as I know, think they need to go around reporting everything as you do. You use the word "report" a lot, like way too much.

If we were like you, with a huge propensity to report inflammatory remarks, you'd have been gone long ago.

Instead these and myself have tried to plead with you publicly to end your name calling and inflammatory remarks.

This is true.

There are more than a handful of posts that were directed at me in the short time I’ve been here (mostly in this thread) that were reportable in my estimation, but I either respond and point it out to the offender, or I just do not respond and let it die.

I don’t envy the Moderators; they probably deal with their fair share of petty reportings. :)

Note: the “petty reporting” part is not directed at anyone in particular; I am speaking in general terms.

Yes, agreed. I guess some think they'll be swayed if they get a larger number of reports sent in.

And look, old Mr. "Leave it Be" is still going after me in responses several posts after he said leave it alone, yet he's still doing it himself.

What I desire, in lieu of the inflammatory attacks and false accusations levelled at me by EG is real dialog minus his insulting remarks such as liar, slandered, preacher of lies and other things. He does this yet reports others for showing him his own words and his own posts.

Answer his posts with a biblical response? Well, you get hit with name calling, accusations, you're told what you believe, there is zero Scripture, just some sort of insult. @Sackcloth-N-Ashes and @Fastfredy0 have received the same treatment from the same individual.

Then there is always the threat of getting reported. Reminds me of the tattle tales in kindergarten, "I'm telling on you!"

No, you're not done, you keep bringing it up, over and over. If you can't handle seeing others post things you've said and taught? Put them on ignore, it's that simple. In the meanwhile I will stand behind all I've taught and have no problem with anyone quoting me, 1 Corinthians 4:2. 👍

No, because when I sin the Holy Spirit immediately lets me know. Everyone wants to point out how we have an Advocate, but no one thinks about how it feels for the Holy Spirit to be living in your sin nature. This is how I know when I have sinned, because the Holy Spirit wants me to repent right away so I am a vessel worth dwelling in.

This is my last post to you, as this will make others think I’m just bitter. You said God knowing what you would do in the future is the cause of your predestination or choosing. You’re saying God chose you based upon His knowledge of you would do. There’s no other way to put it. That’s what you typed, that’s what you believe. It’s here for all to see.

But the average post in this thread does not reflect the average Christian. If I was a sinner without God reading this, I would conclude many here are fake and trying to be more than they actually are. I would not want anything some here claim to have.

NO, I did not!

I think why I don't lose it because I regret my sins. Maybe if I just sinned and thought oh well I am saved, it could lead to losing my Salvation. I am working this idealism out. But good post/point to make me see things clearer (y)

With all due respect you're going against your own professed beliefs and are conveniently customizing them to suit yourself. Since your teaching that willful sin means loss of salvation to whomever commits it, you don't get to exempt yourself from your own biblical beliefs because you're you.

That is exactly what you're doing. You've been dogmatic towards others that willful sin, Hebrews 10:26 means loss of salvation, yet you've granted yourself a pardon. Eternal truth doesn't work that way.

This is the deal guys, you all have one of two choices. Either you all can knock it off and keep it civil or I can clean house. Looking at the past couple of days posts in this thread I am appalled at the behavior that I am seeing from persons who are supposedly brothers and sisters in Christ. I see persons willfully misinterpreting what others have posted and then calling them liars when they get called out for it. Believe me, If I have to go with option two there are going to be several (not one or two) persons who will no longer be here and they are going to come from both sides of the debate. I have shown multiple long term users all the grace they are going to get.

If you can't discuss this topic civilly with certain users, don't respond to them. If you can't do that simple thing, place them on ignore. It's real easy to do quietly without broadcasting to the entire forum that you are blocking them.

I will reopen this thread tomorrow morning once everyone has had a chance to see this warning. Any more of what I've seen in the past couple of days after that point and the ban hammer will fall.

Reaffirming the basic thrust of this thread: We are saved by grace through faith and not by works: Scripture is clear on this truth.
